tankless water heater? and thats a giant exhaust using a huge space. i'd prefer 2 lofts, single cat-walk between both and single stairs. builders here in USA just dont make them like the great ones in New Zealand. i'll continue to wait . Good Luck
Feels a bit closed in. I would have prefered the storage on the same side of the countertops and big huge windows on the other side. The rest of it's nice.
It has bilateral doors on the washer and dryer cabinets which will buffer the sound & with doors are closed the combo is out of sight. Plus, it’s only 1 STEP(not feet) away from bathroom already, and several feet away from living area and bedroom . Ijs!!!

Beautiful, I love the curved entrance and the hidden washer/dryer. I would need it 10ft across at least. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the two huge windows in the bedroom. Needs a small window up high behind the bed and a patio door or windows that open where the front bedroom window is located. Good job!
What materials did you use, like cabinetry, shower walls, floors, and house high are the ceilings? Is there a warranty? Thanks looks great. Love the big windows but wonder a out energy rating.🤔
Beautiful bathroom, but too many tall bulky cabinets in the kitchen that make the living room area too small to have more than a chair or super small love seat. Instead of the tall cabinet in the kitchen, why not two rows of cabinets/counter tops with some upper cabinets to make the space more open and airy. fireplace and arches are nice.
