I just found you so I'm glad you're back so I can keep binging 😂 I've been vegan for 8 years. Shrimp is the only thing I "miss" but my GI doc said that's probably one of the worse seafood to go back to for my specific gut issues lol! I may try to make the artichoke mock shrimp one of these days.
Love hokas, especially for walking! I have the Clifton 9 hokas since they’re good on my knees, but definitely need a new pair since I walk/run in them a lot :)
