Dirt bike enduro riding, mostly woods, never serious, trying to have fun and make the rest of life more tolerable. "And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul." - John Muir
I’m 61, I’ve been riding since the early 1980s. I’ve rode all sorts of bikes. In January this year I decided to lose some bulk so I cut out the beer and stopped eating shit food, I eat only red meat eggs butter and fat. I’ve lost over 4 stones in weight, I’ve got aerobically fit with shed loads of energy. I traded in my brand new tiger 900 and now ride a 500 enduro, I ride over some serious terrain on it and really enjoy it. Great video.👍
Everyone thought I was nuts for buying a dirt bike when I turned 50 but I havent regretted one moment of it accept maybe not getting into it sooner. Through RU-vid I have made a lot of connections with other riders and loving my riding buddies. I have 2 riding buddies thats 76 years old and I am 57 and they can ride all day with no problems. 76? That's so awesome! I hope to be one of those guys someday. I get that a lot of people are scared of bikes, but in my opinion, gear up for maximum safety, know your limits, and get out there. Dirt biking is too fun.
What amazing terrain! So jealous. Nothing like that in the eastern part of the country. BTW, what is the control unit on the left handlebar for? And how do you like the 350 XCF suspension?
Bummer, I guess that we are pretty lucky out here. That's a big button remote for my Bluetooth headset, as I like to groove it while I move it. Suspension is great for me given some clicker adjustments. Some people don't like the air fork, but it seems damn good for me.
Great post, liked it was "as happened" some guys chop it all up , liked this, im one that dont care about if riders stop for a minute or two and it stays in, it adds to my experience viewing, (unless vid was 50m long err some shit then thats diff. Good times , enjoyed this. 🤘🏾
I've been riding this area since I was like 12, but a lot of what we are on here are trails that we have made in the last few years. Always looking for the next fun line.
@Pdirt I just love that there is an ample layer of dirt! So many places are roots and rocks. I'm lucky here at my place that we have decent dirt for riding but it seems unusual here in the northeast.
Im now 65 and had to down size from a90 mx 250s yz 400 down to a little yz 85 whitch this thing is faster then all of them*"**'. Lol ( now what )!!! Its in my blood. Great video...
