it's a "meshed enclosure", it's in the description!! Just think for a minute, if that was glass, do you really think you could sit under it in the summer?
Strange lay out in the main house but annexe lovely. Could do with bathroom upgrades and possibly new kitchen. Lovely house just a little dated for me 😢

This is my mother’s home and whilst my brother, sister, and I are glad she’s moving back to the UK we’re really going to miss our visits here. My mum and her husband, a builder who specialised in conversions in the UK and France, have done a great job renovating this former farmhouse. It’s the most tranquil of places, a great place to live or to recuperate. The views are stunning, uninterrupted as far as the coast and it’s only when I visit here I remember how many stars are in the sky thanks to the lack of light pollution! There’s wonderful wildlife from golden eagles to golden orioles and my mum’s dogs have loved the freedom to roam. The house is amazing, lots of space and what she calls ‘the apartment’ side of the house is like its own contained home with living room, dining area, kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect for guests and especially so at Christmas with the log fire. I may be biased but whoever buys this house is a very lucky person indeed.
Definitely. We sold the house to your Mum so it was amazing to go back to see what had been achieved. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. www.vosshomesspain.com/view-property/vh2399-country-house-for-sale-in-huercal-overa.html
This looks like a fantastic property! I really like it. It is quite far north, how cold does it get in the winter (e.g. is there snow? Below 0C?)? Is it currently being run as a tourist business?
No garage "again"'. I hate the fact that once again another home in Spain without a proper garage for the car and for storage. Who wants to leave their stuff outside to rot in the baking Sun. Otherwise I absolutely love the home love the backyard love the swimming pool it's lovely 😍
You could always built a carport but my normal stance on this is, at this asking price I shouldn't need to find any more money to start building something that already should have been an essential addition, just like the swimming pool, particularly when you have this hot weather blistering the paintwork on the car.
@@WinstonTL ,, 👍👍💯💯%. I feel the same way. I was there last summer and it was HOT!! Just like in Arizona, the cars ROT in the sun. No matter what I want my car, motorcycle, and all my other items in a garage locked up and secured especially when I'm traveling. Carports are a good idea,,, but the dirt and dust get all over the car,, in the cracks and there is still not the same as security like closing a garage door and locking it. 🤙🤙😊😊
Quite a nice property, but seems there is some questions to be asked/details to be checked - the biggest bedroom with a bathroom seems to be located in the garage (if so - is a "fake garage door" left on purpose? ). Is it legalized at the documentation level? What kind of heating is there? Gas/electric/oli/coal?
@@andrewtasch2299 You write about the external garage, watch closely - there are 2 cars parked in that "additional" garage along the wall, but at 0:17 you can see closed "a sliding garage door" thus my question. I saw such "inventions" in some houses around the world - with an actual brick wall under those "garage doors" and expanded kitchen or a bathroom.
Please give us a few days to complete the description. We are currently rushed off our feet. The video shows the layout of the property. The potential 4th bedroom is the room on the 1st floor with access from the sun terrace. This would make a great guest bedroom, study etc. It is best to contact us via the website or send enquiries to enquiries@vosshomesspain.com Thank you
@@vosshomesestateagents-huer1339 Of course - and as always - if you had some sunset/sunrise and a night sky/at night photos from a property - that would be great addition! Have a nice evening 🥂
shouldn't "Villa Bougainvillea" have a Bougainvillea? It is a nice house, but I kind of agree with the other comment. Some spaces seem unfinished and weirdly proportioned. Much like that little dog cage. Sad to see that dog (even though it was a small one) in that tiny cage, while there really was a massive amount of empty space in that kitchen. If you treat your pet like a goldfish, DON'T HAVE PETS! All in all, some nice parts, but with the shortcomings it's not worth the asking price.
This property raises more questions than answered. 1/ what's with the concrete runway at side of house? 2/ why build an outdoor kitchen/BBQ area without a flue or chimney? 3 / wheres the other half of the kitchen?
Yes, it certainly is and is now reserved. If we can help with other properties please contact us through our website or by calling 0034 950616827 Thank you.

Hi, Like a lot of people who actually live here the current and the previous owners realised they didnt need one for many reasons. We have an outdoor and in door pools in the local towns and the sea is also great to swim in or the neighbour´s pool. People think they will use them all the time but they dont. Many people especially people with holiday homes are having above ground pools and only fill them when they are coming over for a holiday.
