Just won this beautiful sewing machine. Thank you for this lovely video - it was incredibly helpful. Not only did I watch it all the way through, but I went back and watched some sections over and over. The quality is a bit fuzzy - but totally do-able. I learned everything I wanted to learn! Again, thank you!
I agree this is a horrible video. Get your sound problems fixed before you start talking. Don’t be drinking and playing with your phone. Not very professional looking.
Every ironing board needs a real wool felt or even an old wool blanket under it's cotton cover is a 110% better surface to iron on. Exactly how they did in the old days.
Rip off! Everyone should read all the comments before you waste your money. I agree with the lady who uses masking tape. Yeah, it doesn’t last forever but it sure is easy to replace. And who wants to clutter up their sewing area with all those rulers going every which way? I agree marking dozens of squares for half-square triangles can take a minute so I just iron mine and use the crease. Certainly works better than this good-idea-that-doesn’t-work.
Hello Bradie! I use your loading a quilt on my Millie - I can’t find how to advance or where to advance on my quilt doing a pantograph. Also, what kind of computer system is this? It looks very user friendly. Thank you!
I have found, in my short time in the quilting world, there is A LOT of money to be made on the idea that quilters must be so infitissimately accurate. Baloney!
Fascinating! I really like the way you explain and demonstrate. It seems easy to follow. I am a fairly new quilter. I am making 13 quilts for my grandkids. I need lots of fun ideas. Thank you for sharing this with us. 😊🎉❤
This was fantastic. I took a class on long arm quilting and came away confused and frustrated. Sometimes when people are experts at some things they don't give rationales. Your instruction and demonstration was wonderful! I almost gave up on learning to long arm quilt as my experience as a learner was not that pleasant. Thanks so much. I am off to find more of your videos.
Crazy insane price as you have to buy it all separately, so I won't be buying it. It's a shame when they out price themselves. One has to ask if they really want to actually sell them? Also how is it that someone else has to show you how to use your own tool??? I will be shocked if I get a reply at all but if they do it will be " sorry you feel that way"! Added Note: Please read all the comments! This is nothing but expensive junk!
I have the sparrow qe and not really friendly for my cutie frame 8" throat space didn't work for me so it is my piecing machine and I bought the Jazz2 for with 12" throat for Cutie.
The quality of the video is not good. Also, not a good idea to be reading your phone and commenting while trying to demonstrate the machine. It's very distracting to the viewer. I did not watch the whole thing. Not worth it.
That iron is amazing!!! Self levitating!! Question for Sparrow Quilt, can one easily cut these 1/2 inch thick wool pads to the shape and size of a steam press? Thank you so much!
Definitely don’t put the wool pressing mat on your rotary cutting mat. This will warp your mat. This wool mat will also not magically remove deep creases. It does not push the steam back up.
What an utter disappointment. Worked good the first time, after cleaning it never worked well again, always popping loose / moving. Its not even a good ruler.
Mine is not coming clean anymore and it’s popping loose as well. Nothing last forever, right? I’m thinking of buying double sided tape, that is not heavy duty, but just enough to adhere it to the surface of my sewing machine. Hopefully that will work.
Used these very carefully and only connected to quilt backing per instructions. Clear piece cracked completely through in 4 months. Thank goodness I only bought the side clamps and not the system that clamps the top and bottom of the quilt. I would not recommend this product. When I contacted company reply was "I'm so sorry that one of the grips broke. I wish plastic would last forever but it doesn't . You can order replacements on the order page of the website near the bottom of the order page you will see side grip replacements. Have a great day." Not likely!
I didn’t know these existed til i went shopping with my daughter who bought one and now I’m wondering why I never even thought to research it but I’m reading to try.
