It’s so hard to even get out of my phone when I need to sleep and whenever I want to I start turning side to side not being able to sleep I need to fix my sleep schedule 😅
If you do have a smart watch walk indoors like in the house/Apartment and it can track your steps or while walking you can watch some vids also if! You can you should totally get a treadmill in your house p.s stay safe 🫶🏼
