It's part of element overload which reduce skill cool down and regenerate Veda Energy more faster. And if you have more cool down reduction, it will reduce more when you activate element overload.
I'm not sure It's dev intentions or bug. But some skills when use in Element Overload mode won't cause the enemy to activate the RES shield. E.g. Xanthia Black Hole

Nah. The concept is nice but in reality it's not good. It's okay for 2 pierce for DEF bonus but the damage output from Reflect are very low compare to our common attack. Because it's reflect the same element as the attacker which is mean if attacker is blood element, it will reflect blood element attack back to the attacker. And of course, the attacker will have high resist for blood element. And it's risky to take much damage in exchange for reflect. And bot is rarely use guard. This is why reflect is not an efficient damage.

Xbox controller is support by the game but PS controller is not officially support. We always use only Xbox controllers to play share/split screen games on PC so I have no clue it will work or not.
Playing this way is no different than open multiple clients at the same time so if your pc doesn't have enough resource or it can't manage the resource properly. Some screen might have massive fps drop. If your computer is strong enough, you might not get this issue.

@@clive0494 Sorry but I have no clue about this. But from what I know, Nvidia setting on Laptop works different than on PC due to the different architecture on the graphic card.
