I went there in 2020. It was my favorite thing to do in iceland. Water felt so good! But kind of scary with the volcanoes all around that keeps the water warm.
So sorry to hear about your Psoriasis. I developed Plaque Psoriasis back in 2006 when I was in a toxic relationship and. I found out the Psoriasis was absolutely stressed induced. It ended up covering 85% of my body. I also developed Psoriatic Arthritis stemmed from my Psoriasis. It wasn't till 2010 that I found a decent Dr to finally help. I wore long sleeves and pants 24/7 for 9 years cause I was so ashamed. I finally got down to 50% skin coverage after trying so many treatments and meds and was better but still a mess. Strangely in 2020 I was diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo a stem cell transplant (completely cleaned my body of all my stem cells and reintroduced clean cells) in 2021. it was like magic and over a few months my Psoriasis and my arthritis has managed to disappear completely and I'm just left with some scarring. It's possible things could come back but for now I'm doing alright and happy to have good skin again. My best advice is to get a great a great dermatologist that specializes in Psoriasis and do everything you can to live your best stress-free life and avoid spreading. You look fantastic girl keep it up 😁❤️
