Sounds like Rebecca Landrum got kidnapped and Murdered by a DR Student / Jogger / Truck driver .. who shot her multiple times and dumped her body on an off ramp in the snow in PA

Estranged from her Family for 5 years.. My guess is she was a drug addict and stole from her own Family .. Now working as an Escort she hooked up with a very dangerous Man who wanted to keep her and she didn't like it .. so she was a Prisoner until he murdered her.. He certainly didn't put that info in her jacket . . . Sounds pretty convincing she was earning her living doing the drivers . . . .
he might not put it there, but “they found blood and bullets casings in his truck as he was trying to clean his truck with bleach” according to report, so not sure what you mean by he didn’t put it there, because it doesn’t mean he didn’t kill her obviously as they found clear evidence he did.
I don't think it is within anyone's best interest to speculate, assume if you will, theorize or even (un)intentionally throw dirt at someone especially at a time like this.
