@@MultiSilversalmon Hey man, I’m not a professional influencer I’m just sharing my personal experiences. You don’t like it, it’s all good. People are so quick to criticize…..
@@mikesmith1550 I suppose there’s no realistic way for me to say whether my thermometer or the GO20 thermometer is correct. I’ve used the thermometer that I put in there myself in other applications (like my main house fridge) and was accurate there.
@@JimboP-Outside If it is using LiFePO4 batteries, it will be maxed out at 12.6v. Something is messed up at EcoFlow's web site when I looked so I could not find it there.
@@seba.abarzua It’s likely basing its forecasted power needs based upon the fridge being “on” at the moment. But remember fridges cycle on and off, they’re not on constantly. Hence the reason for my test……to determine total time based upon cycling on and off.
I am so tempted to purchase a 450/570 Polaris because I can get one for much less than a Yamaha product, but I'm not sure I have enough time to correct all the mistakes Polaris makes on these machines. Not sure why Polaris exhausts the 570 different than the 450 HO's, either...seems odd. Certainly does look like you've ingested debris from the actual intake, but I wonder if you need to reseal the inner clutch cover with RTV like some other guys have mentioned doing on the Polaris forums.. Beautiful looking machine, though!
Appreciate the video. I’m cleaning one up for a family member as it is in an estate due the death of the owner. This will help me to get under the seat and clean as the unit is going to have to be sold in an estate sale.
Ok. Finally a really beneficial video today : ). I still would probably prefer a version of the roll-up design. The cover just lays on side rails. it is not secured with snaps or anything. So it makes noise when I happen to hit a bump in the road or drive through rough roads. I would be careful placing items on top of it because it is very high and there is very little to keep those items from rolling forward. They would also obstruct your view
@@ricric9521 Thank you for watching my video and sharing your experiences, I appreciate it. 👍 You’re right about not storing anything on top - bad idea.
I don't see how the unit ran that long. Even Iceco claims 995 watts for 24 hours. My EB3A only runs my Iceco 55 for roughly 6 hours. Works out to 995w÷24h=42 watts (rounded). 268w÷42w=6 hours rounded. I need to call Iceco and ask why yours get 14 hours.
@@charlesd3376 This was a real world test for my own edification that I shared as information. As another test, I took this fridge on a golfing trip with my buddies. This time I used the magnetic battery from IceCo. The unit ran for 18 hours on that battery. The unit was stored indoors where the ambient air temp was about 75F and I had it set to “Eco” using both zones set at 37F. I am not sponsored by anybody, I test these things so that I know what I can expect in my own scenarios.
It’s simple, the fridge cycles off and on over time. Once it reaches temperature and cycles off, it’s drawing ZERO watts. In a controlled environment like inside an air conditioned home, it’s not going to run a lot. My guess is it ran less than 50% of the time the test was running.
I have an EB3A also. I have a brand X 120watt suitcase solar panel. I found out that the angle of the panel makes a huge difference in relationship to the sunlight.
I have the exact model i got it into some mud for some hours and it got so stuck, after that it doesnt have enough strength to move the tires. I agree with the problems and i had the 2020 eps version stock and it was the best i had it was stronger and was way better than this one. So regret getting this one.
Great review. I just purchased the Cruiser Pro and waiting for it to arrive. I appreciate your analysis on this bike. It is my first Ebike and i am in my 60's. Thank you for your opinion and going over the options.
That's so awesome !!!! I also see you have a winch !! Please share links 🙏 I'm new to Polaris, new 24 sportsman 570 on last Friday I need these both please help 🙏 thanks for sharing ,great video
Thank you for watching and commenting 👍 The winch came pre-installed on my 570 Trail. The mirrors and hand guards were both bought from Polaris on their website. Select your vehicle then browse accessories for it.
Bought a 23 the seat release is gone only brite force to lift ..stupid engineering. Also rear box is gone only a floppy compartment accessible only when seat is out of the way .another genius idea
I don’t need it with the tinted rear windows. Just gets in the way. I never use it. I took it out day one as he said. Other vehicles I’ve had like a Ford Explorer. Never used it.
Another way to fix this issue is to take the bottom hose clamp off and then spin the belt box breather tube 180 degrees and tuck it right up besides the frame and plastics so it will sit on outside of frame and inside of plastics away from mud and debris.
Wow! Thanks for this video man! How are the handguards holding up so far? I’m really thinking about getting some tomorrow now that I watched your video, but was wondering how’s the wear & tear with them?
I have the same setup, except I went with a refurbished version of the Ecoflow River 2 Pro, I've run a few tests, don't feel the need to make a separate video, but for those who stumble across this video like I did before I bought the setup, might be a few more helpful data points. I have run (2) tests as a bit of a control before I run anymore. Both tests aren't true real world scenarios, but I just wanted to establish a baseline. Both tests were run in a room that I have the thermostat set to 25 C / 77 F, although averaged out to about 22.5 C / 72.5 F over the course of both of these tests, tracked through a Mysa thermostat. I did not open the lid on the iceco at all for either of the tests, and the fridge was completely empty, I know that having contents would have kept the cooler going a little longer, but like I mentioned I am just baselining. I used a WiFi thermometer in the cooler so I could track the temp throughout the 3 days, the high and low spikes cycled on 10 minute intervals consistently throughout the 3 days (compressor kicking in and then going off). Test 1: Fridge starting temp was 15 C / 59 F, and I had set both compartments to 0 C / 32 F, no cover on the cooler. The cooler lasted 3 days (72 hours) and I shut it down with 5% left on the generator. The average temperature over the 3 days was 1.6 C / 34.88 F, the low was 1 C / 33.8 F, and high was 2.3 C / 36.14 F. Test 2: Fridge starting temp was 6 C / 42.8 F, and had set both compartments to 0 C / 32 F, this time I used the cover that I got with the cooler. Cooler also lasted 3 days (72 hours) and I shut it down with 10% left on the generator. So it didn't seem like the cover helped with keeping the cooler going much longer, although interesting enough the average temperature over the 3 days was 1.3 C / 34.34 F, where the low was 0.6 C / 33.08 F and high was 2.1 C / 35.78 F.
While the cover may not have helped in my controlled environment, it is a great cover that will protect the cooler from scuffs, but it actually may help in direct sunlight versus in my test it was just ambient room temperature.
Thanks for your video. It was a good advice how to use. Still I don´t agree with you, a "roll up" is far better, but your use-advices was helpful. Thanks again
I also have a “real world” test of the IceCo GO20 powered by an EcoFlow River Pro 2 at this link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-otStOZfAjak.htmlsi=ol_qmipAnO2ekDn_
You actually loosen the t20, manually tilt the headlamp to where you want it, then snug it back down, atleast on my 24. Found out the hard way as mine wouldn't adjust enough down by loosening it like in this video and the bolt came loose and fell out on the trails
Awesome! Thanks for your introducing. Setpower fridge freezer are kind of like ours. Antuncle made in China. We are the wholesaler having over15 years experience in this industry. Our R&D Team is from Dometic. If someone is interested in it, feel free to contact me. For business. Cheaper but better.
Nope not for the IceCo. You don’t need the phone app at all. In these videos I don’t have the app installed on my phone yet. I did install it a couple of months ago and it’s ok, but not necessary for certain. For the EcoFlow you technically don’t need the app either but you’ll want it because it’s pretty useful and offers new firmware updates.
You could say that about anything behind you, including people who don’t wear seatbelts, anything you store on the backseat, or for the many who remove the parcel shelf and store items right up to the roof.
@@JimboP-Outside Yes but there are plenty of times, as I'm sure you know when you have to stop or slow abruptly that would totally toss those items stored on top but not ones on the floor of the trunk area.
