@@BLLx91 I don’t believe so. But could be wrong. There was a tune (or two) already loaded into the car after hooking up our access port, so there is a possibility I guess?? Car wasn’t running right when we got it..all it needed was one step colder plugs, but upgraded the fuel pump and changed out the coils. Good to go thereafter.
Thanks for the info. I have a 2014 with Cobb downpipe n stock air box. I have the Cobb sf intake I want to put back on but have read that It max out injectors n could cause it to run lean.
@@Jay-ld2ez I paid $40K for a mint C6 Z06 with 30K miles then put $8K into the engine. It’s a torc monster. But that’s total including labor. it’s a street monster for under $50K!!!
She’s 100%…as of now 😂😂 99.99% chance imma rebuild the motor with a bigger cam etc. Goal is 650whp… GM states oil pressure should be within 8-70psi. Not crazy worried either way if she goes or not.
Was that you that did the little Throttle blip rev match or does the C6Z have that built in to the tune? I’ve only owned a C5 and C7 so I’m not familiar with the C6’s.
No that was the car loosing/gaining traction in 2nd gear. Once I got higher into the revs, the tires started to just barely spin. When you see the revs (and speedo) correct, that was when the tires started gripping again.
@@FlavorOTM ahh ok that makes sense. It was very subtle so I didn’t think about it being wheelspin. I know the OEM tires on my 19’ GS left a lot to be desired, especially in cold weather. I switched to some Nitto 555 G2s and I was able to stick it much better.
Factory with Michelin pilot sports if I’m correct. Should have some semi slicks on her though. I have to tear through 2nd gear once or twice for it to really grip.
