True. Unless he is surprisingly still alive. Two possible ways in which Dillow could survive (although I doubt it very much) 1) That he manages to escape from Shiro and learns that she was the imposter. 2) That he gets killed, but somehow revived.
So, the plot of the background: Mitori, Albert and Pinku play Uno but Mitori gets angry at both so she makes Albert pass out, she ties Pinku to a pole abd she beats the f out of her. Then she ends the job with Albert.
