Hey I don't know if you read your comments still, but this video really hit me emotionally (commenting on an anonymous account), I too have dealt with a mentally ill, broken, abused mother and it's extremely frustrating and feels hopeless a lot of the time.. my dad was very similar to yours but the worst part is I still live with him... I was crying my eyes out tonight just thinking about how frustrating things are and your video really was a bright part of my day (my very LONG day). I've been grieving a lot since I've been actively working on leaving this situation while trying to get along with my captor... oh sorry I mean dad lol and a big part of coming to terms with things I believe is accepting the situation and moving on... which doesn't come easy (don't even get me started on the hella social anxiety and how I feel like an alien in public due to not dealing with ANY normalcy growing up and being expected to just hop into the real world).. I hope you are doing okay now still. You are very strong. <3
Honestly…I have just learnt to be kinder to myself over the years and to remember that I’m only human. I don’t let my past define me, I just try everyday to be a good person and set really firm boundaries!
Well done for getting out when you did. People pray on peoples vulnerabilities of feeling alone & knocking people down to try to gain control. You are so much better off not living in that fear, fighting to be heard in survival mode & instead putting your energies into productive things. I have cPTSD. I‘ve had all sorts of physical symptoms (dizziness, tingling, frequent urination, inability to swallow, aches and pains…). And I also experienced memory loss. With therapy and medication I started to be able to remember and process my trauma. I wish you all the best❤

Anyways Thank you for sharing, you're doing so well ❤ I get that porch light thing. I still get anxiety from my doorbell or any of my neighbours doorbell buzzers. And having to live where it all happened, it's like the feelings do calm down but I still have this desire to have a fresh new space just for me. And to know they don't know where I live anymore would be so freeing..
I believe the universe does things for a specific reason so keep following those signs! & thank you for watching🙏🏼 I’m trying everyday. Mental health is a real life everyday struggle and we’re all trying to achieve the same thing at the end of the day, which is success! I am 5 weeks post op. I went to Türkiye 🇹🇷 alone as well and I didn’t feel it was necessary to be accompanied by anyone. I bought things that I needed like pineapple juice etc before my surgery. Anything else I missed the staff would go across the street to purchase for me. I flew from the U.S. I stayed an extra night after I was discharged which was the best decision because it was a long flight. Your nose looked great.
I love how you’re telling your story YET your dressed in THAT outfit. Now tell me!!! What women speaks on what you did and wear that. It’s like the story from Tyrion and his 1st wife from GoT. A woman who was just abused isn’t going to jump onna man the next day!!!!!! I’m just saying your using SEX sells yet you’re speaking on that DV subject. Ok. I come from abuse in all forms. It wasn’t right it was done to me. But I’m not goin got talk about those stories while being topless and sweaty!!!!!!!! Just screams BS on your part. I hope with all hope that you’re being honest.

Its not embarrassing. By sharing ur story, ur educating some of us who have not yet lived through that. Hopefully, those who are going through this will gain the courage to leave
My sister was going through the same thing, and I decided to start educating myself about abuse. I believe knowledge is power. Based on all the videos that I have watched so far, is that one should never ignore the red flags. They're good at pretending, no doubt about that, but the redflags are usually there

You're so brave for sharing your story. But please don't beat yourself up for "allowing" the abuse to happen. It's NOT your fault and you didn't know any better. This was how love looked like for you. It's okay. You're save and alive now. That's all that matters. Your story inspired me so much (as someone who was raised in an abusive household). I know for sure that you've touched the hearts of many many survivors. Be kind to yourself. It's okay and healthy to feel anger and embarrassment. This shows your growth

I know exactly what your talking about- my ex would start ssying things that were completely untrue and he would keep repeating them getting himself madder and madder. When we first moved in together i noticed he would talk/ yell in his sleep- when i would wake him up and ask him about it he just brushed it off- then i started to literally see him shape shift with my own eyes. He would become enraged and his face would literally change his eyes would become black. He was riddled with demons- like real life demons. I caught him in the mirror talking to himself (he didnt know i saw him) but he was tellibg himself 'why wont you just die, you disgust me' and it was in this most evil sounding voice. Like this nigga had demons you know what i realized upon reflection some time after getting outta that toxicity- he low key had addictions, many of them, drugs gambling and most of all sex. He had succubus/incubbus entity attachments and that caused him to be straight street meat- underground sex orgies like the shit goes deep. I had NO IDEA what i was gwtting into. Ive since grown, strengthened my relationship with source. And The Devine Source granted me with the clarity that he would never give me. I received a spiritual download that was basiccaly information of his childhood- molestation and an evil mother= sexual confusion, so he was on rhe DL but i mean he would NEVER admit that. So he was essentially living all these different lives playing different characters with different randoms he would meet on POF or whatever- the nigga was and is a fucking train wreck- idek why i felt compelled to share all of this i guess its to aid in my own healing so sorry you had to go thru all of that but our tests are how we fet our testimony and im sure u have a very abundant future ahead of you- eternal love & light ❤

Well done on your journey so far 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽 you’ve done amazing. Just one thing always remember that there will be downs in a relationship, stresses, disappointment, let down, not liking something etc etc and I think when you are ready to look for a relationship think of ways how you’re going to deal with that because it will happen it’s two people bringing there worlds together it will never be sweet sailing. You was saying about being scared which I understand but I think the more you shy away from things going wrong the more of an impact it will have when it actually happens. If any of that makes sense lol Anyways consistency is key so keep it up 👍🏽
Yeahh I really felt this.. I’m sooo used to being alone 25/8 that I legit can’t put myself out there even tho I really want to. Bare missing out on lots of stuff or experiences I want because all I know is stay at home and don’t text no one but imma work on me and change that for sure, good luck sis 🤝❤️
