This channel archives incredibly bizarre shitposting videos I made years ago as well as miscellaneous. All of this funny garbage, old or new, is reserved for the basement of the mansion that is your inner life, locked with a hidden key that you forget about for months, once remembered it is revisited, and then closed again.
Think not of who I was, time goes by and maturity comes with change. There will always be a space for this genre of creation, of behaviour, but the emphasis and load it has in your life is what makes the difference. One may use adequately, or the other dedicate way too much time in it, the latter you could see on my younger self.
I have long left most of my old friends, be at fault my decisions or the circumstances of life. I became a very busy person, sometimes a introvert, sometimes way too social to keep contact with everyone at once. All of my past mistakes, and everything I previously have accused somebody of, it's dead, tis' a new world.
Reminds me of the time in 2014, when I went to play ROBLOX, and to start up the computer it had to play the Windows XP startup sound. The family computer was pretty old at the time as we were a low-middle class family. I always ran out the room because I was frightened by the startup sound.
Postal 2 is fun, but sometimes it feels eerie and disturbing. These sound much like Postal 1 loading screen sounds, or references from Postal 1. Really gives that edgy dark feeling.
0:00 - Album: David Tarn's Pandora's Box (Sonic Foundry) - "Neptune Thrums His Drippy Fingers" (yes that's actually the title of that creepy ass sound).
Fun fact: all these ambient noises come from a darker installment. (Postal 1, released in 1997) had super fuckin unsettling loading screens, loud as fuck menu theme, and just.. Horror. Oh and it’s also isometric.
And the demon appeared too just staring at you fucking scary. Weird ass loading screens and sounds. What a masterpiece. I came in my pants when I saw the eye appear at the end of Postal 4
Cool little detail, maybe its signaling that the dude sometimes feel the weight of his actions, but quickly goes back to crack and its all just sedated again, at least thats what i believe.
the long ominous sewers that you had to go through with creepy ambient playing before entering the secret taliban base was the creepiest area in the game for me, especially during my 1st playthrough, you get this eerie feeling that something horrible is hiding inside the game or something
Fun fact: in postal 2 there is a tunnel bhind the dudes trailer that opens on i think wednesday, its full of muslims and its quite hard if youre low on ammo, and health
I actually recognize alot of these noises. the first one was in HL2 and the others just seem to be random creepy stuff. (theres also train-noises heard at the Al-kahidas place which i also recognized from hl2.)
HL2 came out half a year after the postal was released, so I see no reason to say that it was taken from there. Moreover, half of the samples were also taken from the first game
Stuff like this that reminds you despite the goofiness and comedy you are still playing a murderous sociopath is what's missing from 4. Same thing with the npcs not becoming smoldering husks while they burn. 4 just doesn't have that grittiness that Postal needs to work.
Now post it's just a fan game, because the only one left in the RWS is Vince Daisy, so the game lost its uniqueness. I like the fact that postal is still alive compared to other older games and it is well maintained by the developers, but what is now called postal is not postal, but just a fan game.
