Hello! I'm Gregory Parker, a residential Real Estate agent providing expert representation to client's Montgomery's County, PA and surrounding counties.
Great question! The seller is listing the house for sale at a price they hope to obtain. The buyer makes an offer that not only specifies what price they’re willing to pay but also other terms that are important to them like inspections, financing, etc.
I have a question. If the seller is offering the real estate for sale. Then why is the buyer making an offer, instead of just accepting the sellers offer?
