Used crz cables, had to modify the gearbox cable bracket for length and then also used a crz gear stick but had to cut and re-weld the cable pivot and also add a bracket for the cable length. It was not simple. But I wanted to keep the centre console in one piece.
Great vid. I know it’s a good few months since this vid but I’m thinking of doing the same swap over. Did you notice a difference after the change to the SD intake?
I think it feels more responsive but that might all be in my head. I find the noise is better though. People say that other one works well but I just didn’t like the look of it.

Hi, which colour wires did you use on the light switch. When the video cuts back in you’ve already put the splicing clips on but didn’t mention which wires they had been attached to. Thanks
So no real need to replace the entire turbo unit? I’ve been told it’s easier that way, but can’t quite figure out how! In my head it would be easier to split the VL37 on the car and just pop on the VL38 core/compressor side
Unfortunate with the drive shaft, think I saw your post on the Fiesta group on facebook that is was fixed now? How is the car driving now it's back up and running on the BC's? Got Eibach springs on mine, and sits a little high at the back, so would like coilovers in the future.
Yeah second hand shaft in it and driving again. The coilovers feel a lot better to drive with, much smoother and I haven’t really adjusted anything yet. Still trying to get the height where I’d like it. Rear is sitting good. Camber to adjust, softness also. I’d say it’s an improvement, although my shocks had done 80+k miles so perhaps were due a refresh. A lot of my problems were how low the front sat which I can now set better for the roads I drive on.
Ok. Thanks for answering me. The thing is my cluster hasn't check engine light. That's why my answer. I would like to activate it again, but I haven't looked at information yet. Thanks anyway.
@DirrtyM3 from a company called racing circuits. I’m unsure on the hot temp to be honest as I didn’t ever see it appear. I did connect a digital water temp gauge just so I could monitor it.
Thanks for this video. Do you know if the key fobs will work on any civic from years 01-06? My dad wants a second fob for his car and I was wondering if I buy a second hand fob, does it matter which year of car it comes from?
I jacked up the car put it on axel stands took of the driver side wheel took of the covers and to get to the bottom bolt on the alternator I took off the oil filter to get a braker bar to loosen the nut with lashings of penetrating oil applied and it is a bitch of a job!

@@1BlueGhost i do, and i really tried putting it off for a while really, it just seemed insane, due to the fact that whoever is in control of the whole system would have to live with the consequences of modifying the climate too. Pilots have spoken out about the chemicals that are being sprayed, including poisons and heavy metals, can you imagine what that is doing to our drinking water and air, aswell as farming. They government have admitted it too, but they are claiming that it is to cool down the planet due to "global warming" which is their excuse for trying to convince the people that buying an electric car will help save the planet and all this carbon footprint nonsense as an excuse to track us all. The reality is quite scary.
