Can't forget the Philadelphia Eagles winning Super Bowl LII, either!!! Having been born in the City of Brotherly Love, it meant a great deal to me to see the Eagles win a Super Bowl, not to mention hearing an Eagles player speak the words "I'M GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!"
I’m paying for two lines and I have been getting terrible speeds for years. Comcast will not rectify the issue. After resetting my modem a thousand times I’m over it. Not to mention never being able to actually speak to a person which is pretty terrible. I’m wasting my families money on Comcast.
I also tell this story as part of the Kinsale Heritage Town Walk ( Kinsale, Ireland, not Virginia ! ). There was a big connection between Kinsale and William Penn as his father the Admiral, was Governor of Kinsale, and we show visitors when William Penn drank coffee at the Green Dragon Coffee House and became friends with the Quakers from Cork and was inspired to establish Pennsylvania. There is also a small bit of local lore which claims that Penn established the street system of Philadelphia as a result of getting lost in the narrow winding streets of Kinsale ! A great place to visit and enjoy the history, we also had American prisoners imprisoned here in the War of Independence but the Quakers looked after them, ( We even got a letter of thanks from George Washington ! ) so you will be quite safe here.
Spent two and half hours with customer service. I was transferred multiple times. Was told I did not have to explain my situation over again and every time the new representative had no idea what I was talking about. I was told my account was in good standing and now my credit is ruined. I only found out because I need to refinance my house. All I want is for this bill to be taken off my account so I can start refinancing my house. My experience with Xfinity’s customer service has been very stressful. I am only one voice but I will make sure this message is posted on as many social media as I can find so people think twice before getting into a contract with Comcast. Let’s see if they remove this message from their page!!!

On the site, you can sign-up to be contacted regarding service and promotional pricing availability. Interest has been high so far so it could take 4-8 weeks for our sales team to get back to you. Thanks for your interest in this! If you've signed up several times the sales and marketing team who is handling it has your info and will be in touch. As you can expect there's been a lot of interest in this. The install/activation price you quoted is for our Gigabit Pro product which is a fiber to the home set-up that requires a pretty extensive amount of work to set up. The gig offer you signed up for leverages DOCSIS 3.1 technology which lets us deliver these speeds over existing lines so set-up is a lot less extensive. Thanks again for your interest in it.
This is week 8 of 4-8 weeks Comcast stated I would get a response by. Once Friday hits, they will have officially been pulling my chain. I signed up their page when they put the page up, only got an email.
