there is one pay-off & take-up and two guide rollers, for cable re-spooling purpose when they need to change the arbor hole diam, or get the delivery length, or just from large reel to smaller reel etc.
operator do some simple works to make this machine run: 1. Put the single wire spool on the pay-off stand and lock the pin. 2. Wiring of wires to inside bobbin through the ceramic eyelet plate and dies. 3. setup the required lay length by change the gears. 4. Close the door and press START to operation.
