I'm completely agree that cleaning working areas is also a responsibility of every barista especially in these covid (19) days, but it's not good to clean a cup 🍵 by using the same towel you used in cleaning counter or other working areas... If I would be in the place of the interviewer I would not select him. Rest things like making such design on the top of a cup is too easy.

Lets not confuse the people of the earth. Cappuccino is 1/4 coffee and 3/4 foam. Let me quote what the evaluator said "give me cappuccino with 50% milk and 50% coffee. But when the barista poured it in a plastic cup it's clearly shown that its not 50:50 however he said its a perfect cappuccino. Im totally confused. Always remember if you are working in a coffeeshop coaching is very essential so to Sir Evaluator lets not confuse the earth.
