They used him. He was an All American before they got him. They were not saving him. She said "people adopted kids after they saw the blind side"? Why, to hopefully adopt a star athlete? They lied to him and got him to sign what he thought was adoption papers but it was a conservatorship. They never made him their family , they were just in control of his finances.
While I agree that greed and corporate corruption led mostly to the downfall. As an Utah fan, I am happy to see the school out of the PAC 12. The PAC was really becoming a power 5 in name only. Year after year we watched teams be great maybe losing only one game. Just to have the committee pick only SEC, Big 12, and Big 10 teams. I think it was definitely time for a shake up. I think it definitely gives my team a better chance at a national spotlight compared to before.
Let's see the 49ers vs ravens, the Ravens were so on fire that Roger had the lights turned out to bring people back. Never happened again with any other superbowl hmmmm
I was in high school and Brady took over for Bledsoe and it took a while for me to move on and accept Brady as our savior. I would love to see some fantasy game though between the 96 and 07 Patriots!
I'm done with it. Been watching it 60 years and some activists decided that a free college education from major universities including housing, medical, food, books and probably more was not enough. Worth $300k minimum. I blame this on democrat activists who are planning on forming unions and if course union money will go to the DNC.
Anybody that has played the game above high school knows how momentum can turn on a single play. All of the things talked about could have made a difference in the same way a single play can set the tone. Squirek's interception on a Theiesman screen pass was a momentum play. ✅
Lifelong Seahawks fan born in ‘77. The Browns have ALWAYS been my 1a favorite team. I loved Gordon and was so stoked when he came to the Seahawks. Great, great talent. I really wish he got it together. Could have been amazing
I've watched this and the 90s video dozens of times. What I think is the most underrated part of this series is how Chase uses amazing and iconic still photos to tell a story instead of using game highlights straight through. Awesome work man!
This is something that fans should have protested at games a long time ago, sadly I feel like it’s too late to save the sport from corruption and the all mighty dollar 💵
I wish there was a football game that would let you start a franchise at any time in history. Like start all the way back till when it started. And have it were teams basically get the same players and have the same record or stats expect for the team you use and play against or have it like you can do what if. Like what if the charger took Peyton, what if bledsoe doesn't get hurt whatever you want. Or change a draft. Or it be fun to get to play the greatest show on turf, or play with some of my favorite qbs Farve, or get to use players never got the chance to. It be so much fun. Imagine how well you can draft when you know who will be the best. All picks could be winners. And it be fun to see how other teams change maybe some players have better career if they go to different team.
If ever there was a fix, it was Super Bowl XXIV. I had the Broncos +44 and they ended up losing 55-10. Makes as much sense as anything in this video. This guy doesn't even know that the merger took place AFTER Super Bowl IV. That game was still NFL vs. AFL, the Chiefs were still in the AFL not the AFC something the idiots that made this video didn't even know.
Crazy how a leak from an A&M newspaper about OU and UT ready to leave the Big XII lit the spark into the Conference of Champions collapsing like Yugoslavia in the 90s
If you believe that Vegas, billionaire owners, the mob etc. would leave the outcome of $100B in sports bets up to "chance", I've got a bridge for sale to show you!
You need to make a part 2 and talk about SB 50( the Peyton Manning Bow)l, SB 51 (28-3), The Tampa SB that was hosted in the same city, then the very next year it's the same exact thing in LA (which also includes the infamous no call p.i. in the NFC championship).
