The answer is yes-and no. There are some e-bikes that feature a throttle, which will allow you to ride without pedalling. Other types e-bikes, require riders to pedal in order to engage the battery and the motor.

maybe tell them that this is only for trails and downhill. never ever leave that on and shift or go uphill. your chain and shifting gear will thank you.
@@r-bikes are you good? this isnt a thing of how you feel. the shifting gear is fixated when you turn it on to stiffen the chain. so the shifting gear is beeing held in place and if you shift, it breaks through this. 2 of my friends had the same big brain idea as you and new gears now.

@@r-bikes thank you very much man for replying and trying to help really appreciate it but just in case I need to make myself clearer the aim race has the 2 gears on the left and one 8 on the right but when I do 2 and 5 the gear goes empty and the seller told me that I should change the left one when I go light to match both gears but it's not the case with even lighter gears such as 4 3 or even 1 all other possible gears in every gear ar fine would a good mechanic help?
@@suejddaiu7643 Its not a problem mate glad if i can. Are we talking about shifters ? If they go empty than they need replacement because you can not repair them.
@@suejddaiu7643They can be damaged in transport or incorrect mounted. Of course there where you bought your bike they should repair it without additional costs.

Each derailleur is now equipped with a chain tension system (clutch) to prevent the chains from being unshipped over bumpy surfaces and also to help reduce chain-slap (when the chain bounces and chips the chainstay).
Thank you for this! Is the small front gear the same one mountain bikes have as their smallest one? I suffer on some steep hills with my current bike because its smallest gear is about the middle one most mountain bikes have. If you could clarify this I would greatly appreciate it.
No problem mate, most gravel and road bikes are made so that they need to be faster than the Mtb. The smallest gear on front is a little bigger than Mtb. And gravel bike is mostly made for flat terrain covered with gravel for a short period of time.
Der Stecker ist fürn a5sch, ich brauch regelmäßig 3 anlüge um den Stecker in die richtige Position zu stecken . Weiterhin benötigt man bei Bosch Cx nen imbus ..hinzu kommt das nach ein paar tausend Kilometer der Motor anfängt störend Geräusche zu machen …es kesselt 🙄 Kurzum nein , nie wieder Bosch

I can't believe the difference in the kiox 500 to the 300! I upgraded my action team to the purion 200 and kiox 500 last month the speed and display on the 500 is so fast no lag for turning on needing to wait few seconds its just push button its on! Much better for scrolling to for the price they are just now as well see your bike shop they are selling them off of new bikes half price that are over stock sent! I got both for 100 bucks new! Saved a wee fortune
Just seen mine have a 2 year life span and 100% disposable not very amused with Samsung recently think I'll be cutting 23 year tie with them next year!
