It needs a wider base. Hate that it constantly wants to fall over.
@StuffFoundOnline

I didn’t have that issue with this! I actually had a wider base cheaper foam cannon and that one fell over

Way too expensive. You should try the new ROEDIX R9 air duster. That one is even more powerful and very ergonomic in the hand than the one you have there for much better price.

The only time I use a SINGLE BUCKET method is if I use a RINSELESS WASH like DIY detail which encapsulates the dirt and drops it to the bottom with a special made sponge like the legacy sponge. Or if you use the proper method to wash a car. FOAM RINSE FOAM CONTACT WASH. The second foam stage is necessary bc it provides extra lubrication. I prefer a two bucket method, with foam rinse foam method. I will never sacrifice the paint on my cars, especially my limited edtion cobra. I wont cut corners or skip a step. If I am going to do something, its done in a professional manner. always. Even if I am sweeping the floor.
@StuffFoundOnline
@StuffFoundOnline 9 дней назад
The professionals want to sell you a two bucket method and when I use to detail cars that wasn’t a thing, as long as your wash kit is clean or you’re using multiple it’s no biggie 🙏

The orifice size was never mentioned. If you have a pressure washer that puts out 2.0 GPM or more, and the cannon has a 1.1MM orifice, it will draw too much amperage exceeding the recommened running amps of the unit. you will then need a 1.25 or higher orifice. If you have a cheap pressure washer like a ryobi that pumps out 1.2 GPM, then the 1.1 is fine. This info is very valuable.
@StuffFoundOnline
@StuffFoundOnline 9 дней назад
I have the Ryobi 1.2 so yeah the 1.1 is fine! The video was focused on the foam cannon itself! But yeah I could’ve gone more into detail on the pump!

The heavy ball at the end of the flexible tube is to, yes, keep the tube at the bottom but its main function is, when you move the foam cannon around, it will move around the bottom no matter what angle, up down, it will always suck in the soap solution. It moves with your movement. It will never suck in the area where there is no water.

Got a 3d printed one for £35, but it's cooler because it has a potentiometer along the boost and power button, and i 3d printed a base in which i was able to incorporate a voltage reader with button, since 18650 or any lithium batteries last the longest if you keep them at storage voltage. That just makes it easy to read the voltage
