Sabin is one of my favourite places in Ormoc. I dined there many times, went for a swim and attended a wedding party there. I never stayed there because it is a bit far out. As you mentioned in your video, you can catch a tricycle to go there (if you have the patience to wait until it is full, otherwise they will charge you much more than p25) but I'm a bit worried about catching a tricycle from Sabin to downtown. If you don't have your own transportation, there are other hotels that are more conveniently located. That being said, I don't think there is a more beautiful location than Sabin.
We have been to Sabin multiple times without our own transportation. Fortunately we did not have difficulty getting a tricycle back to Ormoc City. There are tricycles parked/waiting by the gate. Maybe we just got lucky or maybe it depends on the time.

From the 5 hotels you showed, Don Felipe seems the nicest, but my experience with that hotel is that it is too noisy, right next to the bus terminal. My favourite hotel in the city was Villa Hotel, but that has been pulled down recently. I don't know if they are planning to put another hotel there, or if they will give the location a different purpose.

Medyo malaki tong model na to. Ma appreciate lang to pag sa malaking area tapos may air flow/ AC. Masyado ding malakas if naka totok naman. Para sa use case nyo po, tingin ko ok na yung maliit na air circulator ni hanabishi, check nyo po
Update: Bagay lang talaga to sa malawak na space kasi na cicirculate nya talaga yung hangin. Pag sa maliit na space, medyo masakit sa mata kahit lowest setting. Siguro dahil nag babounce agad yung hangin. Medyo maeffort din linisin

@@jamesarevalo1626 oo maganda na pair si AC at air circulator. if gusto mo try mo muna, bili ka air circulator, may mga less than 1k e. benta mo nlang pag kelangan mo ng mas malakas (tska ka bili ng vornado)
