The Sri Lanka Telecommunication Regulatory Commission is not working to provide solutions for the problem of the Sri Lankan public. When contacting the officials by phone, the officials will disconnect the phones and I would like to inform the institution that there is no service coverage to learn through the internet from the year 2023. and the organization is not working to provide me with any solution. Due to this, many children in our area are in great difficulty as they are unable to carry out their education through the internet without the coverage of this service and this Sri Lanka Telecommunication Regulatory Commission does not do anything in this regard. Does not work to provide a solution.
