Pvdf coating always is 2 layer or 3 layers paint , the paint thickness over 27 micron , better weather resistant , main to the exterior wall cladding decoration , have durability 15 years with matte colors . PE coating , polyester coating , always is 1 layer paint for now , the paint thickness over 16 micron , the weather resistant not so good as Pvdf , could produce matte colors and glossy colors , main to the interior wall decoration and signage field . I have a 110 degree v groove bit with a hand router but when I go to bend it, the paint ends.of cracking. How can I remedy this? Maybe heating the aluminum slightly first ?
