4:27 I'm 3 years late, I know, but amazon had and still has (2024) an annoying habit of sticking labels onto the product box itself and ship it as is, without any packaging or extra protection. The stickers tear the print when the customer tries to remove them and the box gets damaged, dirty and scuffed during transport. They're "saving on packaging waste", by having to send another unit or refund the customer, which will then buy the product again somewhere else. True geniuses, champions of the enviroment. It's 2024 and they still do it, by the way.
Okay I have 2 hot takes: 1: Lego lines and sets PEAKED before 2018, I’m not saying 2018 was a bad year for Lego, we got a few good sets, I’m saying it was the last year of good sets, also before then we had some incredible lines, like Bionicle, Power Miners, or Ultra Agents, I’d rather have a bunch of pretty good sets release then one super good set every once in a while, I guess to add on is that the older lines were so cool and creative, I miss that Take 2: This isn’t necessarily about Lego itself, but the community of Lego Star Wars. I hate when people (mostly Lego RU-vidrs) complain about literally every single set Lego releases, they just always find something to complain about, weather is figures, a particular set design, price, or anything else, I have never seen a Lego Star Wars RU-vidr give a genuinely good review on a set, don’t even get me started on them with figures, they just love to critique them the most, every single detail, a recent example of this is the Courescant Guard Republic Gunship, the prints are decent in my opinion but they just hate everything about the figures it seems, or the fact of rare figures being more available to the public, they would rather have a really good figure locked behind a pay wall so they can still criticize it, instead of having it more available for everyone to enjoy
Hot take: Lego should make a set with no instructions and the first person to build it correctly gets a tour of the Lego factory by its eccentric owner Lego Lonka
This may or may not be an error, but in the 21255 set “The Nether Portal Ambush” there are apparently two extra dark green holed studs instead of one and idk why and I’m scared. It even says in the back that there should be 6 but instead there are 8. (and I already know that there should be 1 extra) 🫠
They should make thor's hammer have a slightly thicker handle than a normal lego person can hold, and only thor's and captain america's hand can hold it, that would be cool
Hi I really enjoy your Videos. I just wanted to tell you that in the big Kolosseum differnt pieces in the pillars are used to creatte the look of different pillars like the ionic with a Rollerskate piece. 😊
Ive never played with thoese because iam too old. My time was lego rock raiders. But i love all the people here show their love for their childhood fav lego ❤
Sadly I don't have pictures but I found a tie interceptor versus mandolorian fang fighter in Walmart that had printed on little red dots and bo katan and the fleet commanders blue was an off shade of purple but it was only the first box on the shelf that had it
Funny, when my son's get a set with miscoloured pieces or missing optional parts (like 'ammo') and ask "Is this second hand?" I can now say - no, some Lego sets are just like that... just ignore the pre-applied stickers, the pieces being in clingfilm bags and the sellotaped box!
