One.of the reasons tht made eliud seem like he has ran along way alone it's his pace setting time frame.. running each 5km wthin 2.5mins was a high speed for this guys to keep up with..
I do not want to hear that world records. They are all bogus in that every world record has been paced. How about running a world record time on your own without the aid of pacers?
Can Kipchoge make it 1 more year, until the 2024 Olympics? Can he remain the top marathoner? It looks like he's reached his prime, and there are some FAST guys knocking at the door. There is not much time between Kipchoge and some other really great runners.
Signs of decline are evident. To have stayed at the top this long at his age is truly remarkable. Truly remarkable. We are blessed to to still have the GOAT 🐐 performing at this level at his age. Younger runners will take over, it’s inevitable.
One more or 2 more years he can run , he is unique , he is mentally far better than young runners and old runners ..he is well equipped with knowledge …young runners specially Ethiopians are crazy hungry , they take hat ever they get along the way ..
I understand, I´m sorry but It´s hard already to edit a two hour marathon down to five minutes. I worked 6 hours on this and had to decide beforehand if I would do women or men. Tomorrow I might make a video about the women😉.
