Started Suzuki violin at age 7. Currently 9 years old and in two orchestras the Asheville Symphony Youth Orchestra and the Carolina Youth Symphony. Shepherd is in book 2 on Lully Gavotte and is playing on a $600 1/4 violin from shar music.

Age 7: playing on 1/10 completing Suzuki book 1 1st half

Age 8: 1/8 violin completing 2nd half of book 1 and 1st half of book 2

Age 9: 1/4 violin second half of book 2 rest TBD
