A dutchman that makes video's about electric cars. I try to give you just that bit more information in my reviews that other car channels don't so that you really know how the car is like.

Great test. Found the same on test drive here in the UK some months ago. Winter temperatures but general driving (mix of urban and freeway) the calculated efficiency and maximum range was a maximum of just 170 miles. Against a WLTP range of 295 miles. A huge discrepancy. Not an efficient EV! Put that together with glitchy software, cramped rear, no HUD or internal sunblind for the pano roof which it’s sister car Smart #1 has, this car fell of our list as a next EV. It has potential though. Reminded us of our old BMW i3.
I am not getting this average neither does this guy , ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--kfafNk40sY.html for us the range is more like 300 KM , the average consumption is 18 KW / 100 KM. I think the sweet spot for Atto-3 is 80 KM/ hour
For those who hate soulless Chinese cars that are all identical copies of each other and especially hate the Communist Party's own MG car, it's perfec... You're happy to pay more for what you want, than less for what you don't... want...!
There is a big plate for protection underneath the car for extreme off road driving. They are investigating if they can remove this or mount another one since a lot of people will not use the car for this.
I had strong doubts if I should make and upload this video, but I did it anyway. I am aware that this is not my best content and for the future I have to decide how I want these kind of video's to be. Hopefully you enjoy it anyway. More reviews and range tests coming in the near future!

Can manufacturers just spend thirty god damn seconds coming up with a new name for their ev’s instead of taking all their old shit and making it into a different car from the original all together
Very good car with a kid. We went with a ioniq 3 years ago. Now, 3 years later, 3 kids further we had to purchase a secondhand Enyaq iV 80. Not enough cars with enough space for 3 kids...
But... there is no information if the car has ever been driven in economy mode Astra must be driven in eco mode sometimes... when traffic allows it, if you choose not... to do it, you voluntarily sacrifice 50 kilometers of range. In addition, you should never drive faster than 120 if you care about consumption and range. You actually get to offer a little yourself, as thanks for getting a car with a very low weight that doesn't waste expensive raw materials that are in short supply in the world... Be grateful that such a car exists... and help the good cause a little yourself.
1) Even in drive mode you have regen. It is just not automatic. When you use the brakes normally, it slows down with the motor, so it has regen. Only if you really hit the brakes hard, it slows down with the normal brakes. In that regards, the VWs feels a lot like ICE cars, so everyone new to EVs can adapt easily. 2) You need to mention the Travel Assist. The automatic steering and lane change are awesome. 3) Charging is more at 25 minutes
With regen I mean, the car slows down automatically by regeneration when you lift your foot of the accelerator. Next time I will mention that more clearly. But yes you are correct, the car will always regen energy when slowing down also when applying using the brake pedal.
These cars & many others all look very good, but why isn’t it a hatchback? These body shapes lend themselves to hatchback design, not a little opening to put in your goods. The best selling Tesla Model 3 is the same, that would be much better as a hatchback.
That seems a nice car. I'm really excited to see the small, cheap cars come to market over the next 2 years. Also to see your 90 km tests, that you do on them all. Awesome. If i'nm ever short on range, I just go 90. Works awesome. I've been doing a few road trips over the past few months around Europe.
@@falloutkeeper In Norway, there are 0% Tax on EV, s.. So why shouldn't Seagull sell for less, than 20k?explain... Tesla Highland RWD cost 29k € today...
Super! I was looking for a video like this! Nonsense original trunk space management... maybe it's a good idea to also put sound insulation (I Just put a cover around spare tire on my old hyundai ioniq hybrid.) I wonder if there are aftermarket accessories
