I sure wish I had seen your video before I purchased this new Pandora bracelet with the gold clasp! I had lost my other one & ordered this new one from RueLaLa & only it came did I realize the clasps are smaller & very difficult to fasten!
I have a question, i just purchased my first bracelet in December. Its the heart snake chain(same one in your video) and today the clasp broke. Do i have to replace the entire bracket or can i purchase a new clasps?

Hello i love the big ring with flowers. I have a ring that has just one of these beautiful small pink flowers. I dont know how to take care of it, i am afraid to wear it all the time . How do you care for the enamel? Does it last or can it get damaged?
That was a clasp opener, Pandora sometimes sells them separately or in the Pandora cleaner kit. Pandora and some of their authorizes retailers have them for $10 - $15z It’s def worth it & great to open the clips and bracelets.

I love the black onyx heart pendant it's so beautiful Pandora dosent make stuff like this anymore they should really start back. Their new stuff now is mostly Disney this Disney that it's kind of annoying. It's like they lost their originality and are just allowing Disney to take over. Also the new stuff looks like much lower quality and cheaper looking than the older more substantial jewelry
