But, will be in Thailand next year looking for a house. My wife is from Nakhon Ratchasima. We want a place close to the beach. Hopefully you will have started a new project by then. Unfortunately a foreigner can’t own the land so you have to marry with Thai lady and put it under her name or you can do a 30yrs lease by yourself under your name.

JJ, found your channel from Joe and Gifts channel. As my late mum was on a wheelchair before, I think it's best to sit on a wheelchair when designing or renovating the house. The sliding door handle I believe is too high on the video. Maybe it's the correct height in reality. And also the toilet tiles I hope not slippery. Anyways great video. Looking forward to watching more videos from you. 👏👏👏

Hi JJ! I love the house. The only thing I don’t like but I know is necessary in Thailand are the security bars on the window. Unfortunately, the bars take away from the beauty of the home. Are you able to build a house without the window bars but have the same level of security and safety?
@kevinp8108 Yes, build the house with external steel drop shutters like the Germans do. The cassette is built into the wall above the window. Inside the house is a web strap which is used to raise /lower the shutter.
Homeowners have to choose between safety and beauty, and from my point of view, I think it looks not bad, but anyway it depends on personal preference.
