This channel is all about locks, lock picking and lock sport. I love the challenge of picking all types of locks and I also love collecting all types of locks. Lock sport is not a crime as long as you only pick locks that belong to you or you have the permission of the owner. KEEP IT LEGAL GUYS. Many thanks Pompey Picker
Thanks mate , I need to get back into the lab and do some more work, I also owe Chris Capune a parcel from a year ago which is embarrassing but life just gets in the way 🤷🏻♂️
Nice work with your restoration. The lock being a cell lock would have have two keys. The Chief (supervisor) would have the double throw key with the extra ward. The GD Officer (general duties) would carry the single throw key. Therefore only a Chief can lockout a cell at lockdown times. It's referred to as a Master Lockout in the Prison system and still used today. Hobbs Hart and Co also made a triple throw version.
Great job picking that wonderful lock with Andy’s tools. I’ve stopped bidding on Chubbs. Can’t keep up with Chris Capone, you and Chris Jones on EBay UK. Don’t mind at all. I get to see you guys pick them.😀👍🦊
Cheers mate, I think it was given to me with a bunch off other old locks from my father in-law who used to do demolition work , thanks for watching buddy 👍🏻✌🏻
A lovely lock - glad someone else who appreciates it got it...I noticed that it has the monitor lever like the Battleship and Cruiser. The key is nicely done by whoever did it. Nice picking.
Brilliant job Pompey. Good to see a video from you and one with a beautiful lock. Andy Mac's lever lock picks look fabulous and you certainly did it justice with that awesome picking.
Oops sorry about that my friend. That is a stunningly beautiful Chubb!!!! Great picking. Not an easy lock!!!! Beautiful lock for your collection!!! Stay safe my friend 🐾🐈🐈⬛🐾🇬🇧👍👍👍👍
Best Lock Padlock? Say that five times after a few beers. lol. Daz aims to please and again he didn't disappoint. Hocus Pocus? Yeah, beware what lurks inside. lol. Be well:-)
Thanks for sharing your knowledge, there are several videos showing how to disassemble a lock, but there is almost nothing showing how to reassemble them.
Some great locks from Daz Evers. BIG and beefy locks that say "Pick me if you can" and "Don't drop me on your toe". Hope to see you having a crack at these at some time in the future P ompey.
Awesome project on the empty Hobbs and Co lever lock. Those levers look really good and even though you say the key needs refining it seems to work really well. Well done and an excellent video to capture the audience.
