I have been looking at doing a 4.5" suspension lift ( old man emu).I'm excited to get mine ready for Moab over the winter. What are some limitations or things that didn't go as well as you hoped, if you can recall? Do you recall any info on a drop in motor swap? Thinking of doing a v6 if not to difficult.
Just purchased an X90 after watching this video. Mr. Holman would you be kind enough to give me some insight on what your vehicle had done to it to preform so well. Selfishcollins@yahoo.com.
I installed a suspension kit and body lift from Calmini. They also installed ARB lockers front and rear and fabricated the front and rear bumpers at their shop in Bakersfield. You might contact Steve at Calmini to see what he can help you with. I sold the car 10 years ago and I hear it is still up and running somewhere down south.Ted

Whoo-hoo! Must have been day one of a double-header if you guys were running clockwise. This is an amazing track, gotta laugh at the totally anti-climatic music though! It would seem you could run in blue or black and these guys are green, unless I just went on a "fast" weekend. Anywho, thanks for the vid, keep the pirelli side down >_<
Lols....even Kevin is on a street-bike. Can't imagine how ridiculous fast he'd be going if that was actually track converted. I love how he doesn't even shift on the bike...crazy to think how fast he could be through that track.... Sort of sweet that you were in that situation; Behind Kevin, at Laguna.
Dan, here is the schedule for next year. ORP is one of the best learning tracks I have been too. It will be great to ride there with you. Ted classrides.com/_calendar/calendar.html
Smooth lines, good body position, good sighting, just need to twist the throttle a little harder and start using those front brakes on occasion. Watch out Valentino!!
Having turned 60 this year myself I'd rather ride on the river Denial than the river Styx. That's a nice pace you're laying down @ Laguna with interesting tight entrances to 5 and the corkscrew. Hope to see you here at 70! Regards, ApexClipper
