very nice. do i need to add melted butter and lukewarm milk in the flour? i've seen other recipes and they dont add these. does skipping these 2 ingredients mess up the bread?
Review: I'm in the middle of making this and I'll update later to see how this turned out. Note to add: heavy cream is too damn expensive so I'll substitute it with butter and milk.
People who are good at making paav don't really add milk. I think people who just want it easy and not confident with their baking do that. Real authentic paav has no milk

Hi i have 2 glass square Pyrex tray/ pan , i don't know sizes but i know the one holds over 1 litre water under 2 litres water whereas other holds over 2 litres water under 3 litres water so shall i use my big tray or small
