You can take a large can of salmon, remove the yucky stuff: Add 1 cup leftover mashed potatoes, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 finely chopped onion 1/4 finely chopped celery, Half cup breadcrumbs Mix then shape into patties and fry or air fry. You can add black pepper, parsley and dill or whatever spices you like.
