Yeah i get it! Most people can't cook and wont believe that the is shit! And the owners don't even know how to cook. Why own a restaurant when you no nothing about it! I've watched this show a lot it's always the same with the people that work in the food industry plan and simple LT COOKS BETTER THAN MOST CHEF'S WHERE EVER I GO! Went there with my wife and initially wanted a bottle of wine. Told no! And this is no joke, went up the road and bottle of wine later ordered dinner. They lost that custom. Jokers

I didn't like or respect the owner. I think her ego was so absolute that she couldn't even consider taking in GR's advice about her lack of control in running the place. I felt sorry for Lenin, he had talent but the expectations on him were ridiculous.
IDK why Gordon is so against the vertical naan holders just because of the way they look. They save space on the table and they aren't that bad looking. If his argument was about how the bread would get colder faster than in a basket I understand but he simply doesn't like the way they look.
too all the haters in the comments talking about what they choose to eat in that part of the world and how its bad economically. first of all it's a shark, nobody or even animals have them on the menu like that so their numbers are fine. if in fact their numbers decline you can blame the big rich corps around the globe for ruining the water, not the local farmers with flip flops. and to top it off it's actually the EU and USA that are the leaders in importing fish if youre mentioning overfishing and things along the likes of gluttony.
