happily im on offline scratch but that means no multiplayer. too be honest scratch is now scratchyourwayoutofthiswebsite because OH GOD LOOK AT THAT TURBOWARPING RED T LOGO!!! To be honest im sure the scratch mods are gonna have mascots and be way more popular after scratch explodes and dies.

btw i love scratch because i dont like the scratch website, i like the scratch programming language , which is better in turbowarp.

*It's losing popularity because real engines like Unity **_(or godot)_** have gotten **_(or are getting)_** really good, and there are plenty of tutorials for them.* They also have low system requirements. I could easily use Unity on my previous _(now 6 years old)_ low end laptop and aside of slower laoding times because it was running on a Celeron CPU _(and an HDD before i switched to SSD)_ it worked really well.

I use turbowarp for my games as the commercial horror game im working on which is 3d but if it was on scratch it wouldn't run well

I rather be on turbowarp/Scratch than know how to program in Java or C++ or python

Honestly after this I think I'm going to start using Gand IDE, but I'll still use Scratch as well and most likely more. The only thing keeping me there is a super wholesome Kirby fanbase I found there and I just can't leave that fanbase.

Personally i have a huge problem dealing with sprites. You know these games like Pokemon where theres, like 1000 things to make sprites of. for a single sprite. and most of them have more than 1 sprite?? I think we need a spritesheet system on Gandi too...

Yeah the clone block situation is bad but yeah modern pc can handle lot of clones but remember lot of kids use scratch and some of the kids still use very trash slow computers so thats it i think

What I think scratch should do is add some new updates what we actually need not know new AI what they're going to add soon onto the website, we need to get updates with 60 FPS like you said also I think they should add new blocks and they should update the screen size to like RU-vid so you can fit more stuff on the screen, and they should hire moderators instead of AI so that means bad projects they don't get on the front page cause someone has to review them first, also they should add a recording project feature so that means when it's your project or someone else's to keep it as a memory you can record it by going in the scratch editor and recording it and they should have a hashtag limit so that means it stops people from spamming hashtags so they can get on the front page and these are some ideas scratch could do to make things better 😀

this is why i use penguinmod, because it has loads of good custom extensions, like moving the stage camera, adding shaders or even adding custom fonts which is really helpful

I have already quited scratch and learned how to code roblox games, even though it's harder to code there than in scratch there are much fewer limits and there's also also a free 3d engine which makes 3d games suddenly easy to make.

At least the moderation is better than Roblox
