This is one of the worst guides ive ever stumbled on, basically presuming you know where the locations are, not showing them on the map fully, zoomed in. hope you get better at making these if you keep on going
Honestly from playing the game, assault is way harder than sniper. Even as a three armor class, assault feels so squishy with high dmg output while sniper can just cloak and stay cloaked for so long that the enemy don’t attack you and the Las Fulis is just insane with it multi penetration and single target dmg. Sniper only needs to get to green tier weapons to feel good in difficulty 4 mission.
My level 159 spin-off of this build Starting Class: Vagabond Great Rune (Vital): Godrick's Great Rune (If this is not active, you will lose access to the stronger Golden Vow Incantation and have to use the Ash Of War instead. You will also have to trade either some health and stamina (Erdtree's Favor +2) or some resistances (Lighter Armor). The build still functions without the Great Rune, but needs some minor equipment changes and trading some survivability and damage\status effect build-up. Note: For pvp I use taunter's tongue or other players red signs so I can keep the +5 stats. Equipment Changes: Highland Axe Off-Hand Upgraded | Golden Vow Ash Of War Sacred Imbue (For finishing undead so they can't respawn. And having access to Golden Vow if you do not have Great Rune Activated) Armor - Armor of Solitude Set without helmet (If Great Rune is inactive, swap with lower weight armor to not lose Erdtree's Favor +2) Talisman Changes: Bull Goat's Talisman swapped for Erdtree's Favor +2 (If Great Rune is inactive, swap to Great Jar's Arsenal to keep wearing Armor of Solitude set) Stat changes (+5 from Great Rune): Poise: 82 Vigor - 51 + 5 | Mind - 10 + 5 | Endurance - 45 + 5 | Strength - 50 + 5 | Dexterity - 13 + 5 | Intelligence - 9 + 5 | Faith - 20 + 5 | Arcane - 40 + 5 Why level 159? Because level 150 is considered a good meta for casual PVP that still gets a lot of matchmaking + more interesting build variety and 159 is within the range of that meta. With this build, at level 130 (without golden vow incantation) I deleted mohg in 20 - 30 seconds. He didn't even get to use his bleed spam attack, I saw the 3 rings still on me when he died XD.
In my opinions the sniper needs to be a forward scout. Pick off majoris targets, especially tyranid warriors to cause a synaptic backlash that clears waves of gaunts. When enemy waves spawn, fall back to allies and play a support role by focusing enemies that are calling for reinforcements. Whilst maintaining the hunting of warriors or rubric marines. As a sniper, you dont have a lot of hoard clearing abilities or weapons. Falling back on your pistol in such situations will lead to better results and conserve presious primary ammo.
a totally insane idea i just had concerning two of the most vast RPG series i can think of would be a Final Fantasy x Megami Tensei platform fighter. why? idk, it would just be cool and there’s SO MUCH material to work with from both IPs, i think the roster could easily reach the size of Ultimate’s. i’m not saying this is anything realistic in the slightest, just thinking up a dream game. and i mean hell, BBTAG exists… so who knows lol
