What suburbs or towns (well-connected to Melbourne) would you recommend for accommodation for mid-January for a 5-month stay? We are looking for a place to disconnect from the buzz of the city and have the chance to easily get to the center whenever we want to. Anything you can let us know will be super helpful. Thanks!
Hello, thanks for your support! It was actually our first time in Melbourne so we’re not very familiar with the suburbs. However, if you’re planning for a short trip, Healesville area is a great place to relax and unwind 😊
Best if u are moving for a short stay and u want to be close to everything and easy to access the city, u can stay in Southbank, it’s very convenient and close to everything but also Essendon is a nice suburb and close to the city, which u can reach the city by train or tram or bus coz in Melbourne it’s very easy to travel and convenient, and so many other places that close to the city as well. Depend on ur budget and what u are looking for ok 👍
