Scar nerf doesnt even feel like a boss anymore =(. He feels sloggish and I believe and the hp nerf is a serious wtf. Nice gameplay as always. Are you going to lb ZZ more? I would love to see her give Changli or Jinshi that sweet attack increase ❤
So decided to try out Zhezhi with Changli and despite them not seeming that compatible from the start i kind of like how synergy, it gives Changli a nice boost to Resonance Energy letting her ult more often and Zhezhi's quick access to a Concerto bar is another free Intro for Changli, what do you guys think?

@CamronSaltado seems the casual experience often has a larger voice than the people who are busy actually playing the game, such a shame because I enjoyed how he was before, at best they could have just made that annoying ground aura move Parriable and I'd have been happy, that was easily the most toxic part of his kit for me.
@rengi10 I agree with that. He needed that move to be parried. It's a shame I didn't want an easier tower. The challenge pushed me to keep building up my account. That 30/30 is going to feel so hollow now.
@CamronSaltado ya no lie on that, I hate the idea that either playing above grade or building you're chars exceptionally doesn't show the same merits anymore because the content just can't handle it. I've heard enough complaints now tho that I wonder how long it will be til they eventually rebuff it in some way or will they just play ignorant in order to not acknowledge a misstep.
They straight up massacred my boy Scar. Some of the mobs on the floors on the way didn't even try to put up a fight, they put 2 dudes on a clear and said ya that's it that should do it.
I was contemplating if I should get Lustrous razor for my Calcharo or if Ages of harvest is enough. Glad you posted a comparison. I think Ages of harvest is enough. I couldn't watch the videos for the last few days and I was catching up to the content and I'm glad I watched this.

@onimusha950 Technically it's basic attack 2 cancels but the canceling is happening right as the animation begins, the phantom summoned still follows through on his hits tho so it's 2 2 2, 6 attacks done in 3 hits.
I got Changli to S6, my Jinhsi is s1, People don’t realise just how good Changli S2 is the added crit boost is insane. I’m trying to get as much CDM on her echoes as possible atm. I did a run with Zhezi s0 lvl 1 and verina on toa scar and was hitting around 300k ults. I love Jinhsi but Changli has more versatility and consistency. Style is subjective but her fluidity is unmatched IMO. I might S6 Jinhsi when she reruns potentially in a few months if the leaks are accurate. Seeing as you have both s6 do you prefer Jinhsi or Changli???
I prefer changli honestly, she's more fun to play and it generally feels to me like with the damage contribution from her E's, forte and ult she basically does the same damage as jinshi overtime, jinshi also doesn't have alot of intricacies so once she's S6 she just feels like a periodic nuke button while changli feels like you're always working up to something exciting because her mechanic is more flexible so you can be more creative.
First 🧏🏽♂️ The more i pratice with changli the more i get the feeling that this unit is absolut top tier power and not much behind jinshi Shes just different but in a good way cz she fits in slots where jinshi would not fit n is op If u master her swaps ... Her skill hit hard ... Her forte + ult + forte can deal 300k on S0 in 2 seconds (on s0!) And If u Combo this unit with a unit like jinshi, they both fit the spot where they rly good n pull out insane Team dps Double jinshi would not do the Same i mean, also not Double changli, they OP together cz they different I mean, look how many fast as fk teams rn are with changli+ other units, changli is rly good Just my feeling tho
You're right tho, changli is basically the queen of duo dps playstyles, she's a more powerful Calcharo fill in that takes even less fieldtime but does more damage. As usual the turn off for this unit that made most people misjudge her was the technical skills needed to make her shine, love her honestly.

@Darkmec003 you're speaking my soul right now fam. Honestly if I pick up these units in a brain dead mood sometimes I have to sit up and give myself a real talk because you can feel a clear difference in trying vs not trying with them. I love that they exist because it gives you somewhere to sink that extra time in because let's be honest it's a gacha and there's only so much to do. Changli is a godsend and I hope we occasionally get more units like her because she has honestly been some of the most fun I've had with this game up there with Calcharo, sometimes I addictively rewatch my own matches wondering how I even pulled some of the crazy stuff she does off.
Seems like a lot less work than jinshi's current team. I'm on the fence with her. She looks great, but the shorekeeper is coming, and my account could use her a lot. Decisions decisions
@CamronSaltado my take is if you have the luxury of getting her she feels really good with Jinshi and she frees up Yinlin for more synergetic teams but if you have to make cutthroat choices then Shorekeeper will probably be a better staple to go in on. I'd still highly recommend her just for the novelty of her utility tho, that Ult is bonkers, I'm going for S2 myself
Insane run for sure Ur changli is dealing stupid amount of dmg forte + ult + forte = 500k dmg I guess the dmg distribution in this team is like 60-70 changli 30-40% calcharo? But its fine tho Shes a limited at s6, his not n she is bit more field time?
I'd say about those %'s ya. He fills in her weakest points pretty well and is mobile with his DPS while during his major downtimes i can manage to use verina and Changli because changli barely has any casting time and verina is verina. its a great display of how his negatives are also great strengths. The field time distribution is almost 50/50 really, she can be broken down to just E/Truesight x4 then Forte Ult Forte Beyond that she really doesn't need to be on the field at all, everything else is calcharo because he lives in Deathgear and the only time you use him out of it is to do his 3 E's or Echo, plus all that swapping and skill use is constantly filling up resonance liberation for everyone on the team.
Funny enough I don't have a PS5, haven't enjoyed sony systems since the PS2 and had a PS4 and the PC is pretty versatile for me so probably not, if I see a game announced that I'm interested in it would be a no-brainer to jump on the PS5 version also tho.

To avoid any confusion in the beginning there were 3 Death Messengers, I just forgot to note the first because it's automatically you're first attack used.

@gps069 I'd love for that to be true but from the info I've seen about her I can't say I have any reason to be excited, it seems it's a crit rate increase which does add a damage consistency increase but I don't hear anything about a general damage increase like a deepen, if you were already going to crit this essentially becomes a non factor and the stuff like perfect dodge and damage absorb are more QoL that could have been avoided by manuBoi. Performing them. She definitely will raise the skill floor and make more people comfortable using him if these are true definitely, but on the other end the value goes down compared to verina, as far as considering just these details that is, if she does something else I didn't hear let me know tho I'd gladly like to have another verina option/ upgrade for my boi.
@@rengi10 that is a very good input you got there bro, I had seen a leak stating that shorekeeper will also be providing additional DMG (not specified yet) and most importantly a damage block (but some kind of limited blocks via stacks). I'm assuming the block damage (hopefully it would also be interrupt resistance) mean you can do the full 3 DMs without worrying of messing it up, like when the enemy attacks and you have to dodge which his dodge counter doesn't add up stack. Hopefully our boi gets back on track with her 👊
@gps069 I haven't followed her too much yet so I'm hoping you're take is more spot on than mine. I like the design of the char so far so if she does buff crit rate( I use lustrous so that could still be pretty good for me) and some general dmg up that would be epic, she would probably get LB'd easily for me if they make it sound juicy enough. Here's to hoping she rounds out Calcharo's issues so more people can enjoy the king.

I don't like calcharo. He is not for me. I switched to danjin and fell in love with her play style. None the less, really like the showcase, may be i will pick him up again sometime later.

Even tho the echo substat kinda not relatable, because its RNG. But still good mechanical breaking video, i never considered 2 BA -> cancel -> 2 BA -> cancel -> BA -> DM -> swap. I usually do the 3rd BA -> cancel etc, don't know which one has the better frame management. And for some reason lot people don't know that electro set can be triggered twice, by skill and heavy attack. By that you got 2 buff of 😊electro bonuses
@bimantoro17 there's a bunch of ways to do the cancels honestly, for example now I've moved onto 1 cancel on phantom so I can get as close to 4 DMs in a rotation as possible, I have a short doing 4 and am currently practicing it in use but it does give you alot more freedom of movement doing it with BA1 cancels also, I'd say cancel on 3 probably is the safest and best use of the basic attack damage contribution in the overall run tho

@marcelluscor7917 ya I'd say that's a decent way to look at it, he's very swap heavy and requires field time to benefit from those outros so it becomes a matter of knowing when and when not to, you either have to know the target really well and adapt to they're placement or you'll end up in a bad spot with DMs most of the time.
@Cometkreatura mb on that, I'll put some more time in the editing, trying to streamline some things but usually so tired after-work and getting the gameplay that I miss small things like that.
@james-bx4wr if it was R1 I'd say it would have to work harder to hit the same numbers as Ages and verdant, consistent critting and critting for big numbers go a long way but should lustrous be in a situation where it's performing comparably crit rate wise it will always sneak ahead in damage of the other 2, honestly I probably wouldn't even say by more than like 2 seconds in the case of this video for example.
i wanna ask, have you considered using an ATK 3 cost instead of double Electro? im thinking it might be a decent dps increase for you since your S3 & S4 already provide you with a nice chunk of electro dmg.
@vikscliq could be a viable change should you have a good piece but ultimately the damage gain from atk% over a second electro piece is super negligible, it's one of those if you hadn't completed a set before sure go ahead but if you did it becomes hard to justify that farm. Likely I won't because I already farmed 2 electro sets but it should be somewhere between a 1-3% damage difference, don't remember exactly.
Would u recommend ages of harvest over lustrous razor? I saw bzb clear heron in 72 secs and scar in 67 seconds with an s0 calcharo using ages of harvest. Since you also mentioned we use his e a lot, i think the damage difference between lustrous and ages during liberation (in favor of lustrous) is offset by the damage difference of the two while you're not in liberation (in favor of ages)
@james-bx4wr I'd look at it as simple as if you don't need the ER, aren't constantly getting all 3 DM's and dodge counter canceling well then you can use any of the 3 because the damage difference between them comes out to be a few seconds in reality. Technically the order would feel like lustrous, verdant then Ages but verdant is depending on RNG Best case scenario crits to peak, Ages is consistent damage but I can't say it peaks above the others. I did a video recently comparing the 3, it wasn't perfect but you can at least see how close they can be. In that video Ages came in second but I'd also have to note that it had the best boss pattern in it's favor at the end.

@@Darkmec003 As the days go by I'm opening up to the idea of him more, I'm not gonna lie at first I felt kinda burned when they announced him and I saw the leaks but now that my calcharo is done and I can potentially have another dude to spotlight I'll probably try and make him and Calcharo work also. I'm definitely getting his weapon too. Edit: Also I heard through the grape vines he was talking smack in the locker room about me so I had to spin to block and see if he's that life again.

@@Darkmec003 exactly my guy, honestly after feeling out changli and calcharo I'm not gonna write anyone off until I have them in my hands, I remember hearing about this comp early and just kind of brushed it off but I was being ignorant to the potential it had if I just improved my level of swapping and I can say I'm impressed, I'm sure XY and calcharo will still at the very least do good, it will just be another option at the end of the day.

I'll add a very large grain of salt , for Vedent and Ages i forgot to forte after the first Ult, cost their times maybe 2 seconds each. But at the same time Ages got all 3 DMs at the end while lustrous got one and half so you can weigh the difference.
Finally I can see Kakarot's actual damage. Was confused within his and Yinlin's damage Kakarot's NAs seem to be higher than Changli's. He makes up for a less stronger burst damage with that so yeah, the hate he gets really seem unwarranted now I think you should get Jinhshi's weapon for him. Matching drip, crit rate main stat and passive seems to benefit him If possible, can you also check out a 44111 build with him ? Ideally, Jinhshi's weapon and a crit rate echo for good crit rate stats from the get go, crit damage echo and 3 attack echos, all with crit rate, crit damage and energy regen substats on your current build The damage of 44111 builds, from what I've seen, isn't that far off from a 43311 build I wanna see how far a maxed out S6 character can go with a 44111 build 💪🦬🗿

Look at the bright side, you get additional content for your channel, an impression of how strong 44111 builds can be and we get to see a 44111 build S6 Kakarot in action, while you work towards the ideal thundering 44111 build.

@@rengi10The best part about 44111 builds is that they're MUCH easier to farm. Elemental echoes (the one that you want) are much harder to come by. Even more for the elemental echoes with ALL THE SUBSTATS YOU WANT. Attack on the other hand, is much more frequent, increasing your chances to get the substats you want on them more frequently Also, if you really feel like getting the perfect 5 pc thundering before you do the demonstration, go ahead. It's your channel after all. I don't doubt at all that when you finally get the build down, we in for some good @ss time 💪🦬🗿
ya those 6 phantoms in the 1 Ult window are nasty, it was honestly my motivation to S6 him i wanted to see those phantoms so bad, they barely appear on screen but the Dmg is satisfying.
@@rengi10 I wished his dodge counters gained stacks to his forte circuit. I have him at S1 which helps with his energy requirements as well as lustrous razor so I only need to work on his crit stats. I wished his S2 was a buff to his forte instead of outro skill.
@@wizzy7755 Those would be amazing buffs, i especially like the idea of her dodge counter giving a stack. his S2 and 5 to me are the most egregiously bad things in his kit, i would have loved if it improved something about Mercy like maybe added another phantom to Mercy and DM.

Ya Hafis is right, their burst windows compliment each other so well it even outdoes Yinlin Calcharo if you can play fast enough. As far as why im still lv80 ill be honest, bro if i was 90 there would be no content, idk how interesting 30- 20 seconds matches would probably be lol, at least at 80 there is still some sort of challenge to completing a round so im hanging on to that until things get a bit more difficult or until I find another reason to showcase these chars beyond this point. regarding the skill use now, In my other videos ive gone about using it 2 ways, either you burst and do everything right away after setting up buffs on a broken or near broken boss or you use all 3, swap to for example verina, E>Q>Jump> trigger heal by mid air attacking, swap to a full concerto yinlin, set up forte on her and intro in calcharo, something like that then you heavy into ult yada yada. It does last for maybe your first 2 DMs but the 3rd one the buffs will fall off so i usually swap cancel the 3rd DM. Im actually not even sure if all 3 have individual timers, never checked before, ill take a look and get back to you on that part and see if i can get some knowledge for us both.
Okay i tested it out and it looks like the duration is reset to the of the most recently cast, so if you cast the first then 3 seconds later cast the second the whole thing doesn't expire until 15 seconds which is great. Ontop of that the duration outlast the cooldown so for most purposes you'll always be buffed during his ult if you're uptiming it right because something i forgot to mention in the guide is with Lustrous during Deathgear you can use the E to reset his autos and that also gives you the Res.Lib buff ontop of it.
Wait u cash ur units to c6 but stay at 80 cz they would be too op? U could go lvl 90 c0 for equal power, kinda weird 😅 But maybe u want support the Game? Would be cool But i understand that reason Thats why i Just would pull to S0-C2max but lvl 90 (except Standard 5* ofcs, s6 it is!! Full Power calcharo but will take for long time anyways) I had a lot fun in genshin but after i got the best dps on C3 with sign ... High DMG wasnt special anymore, every other unit felt mid... I killed my own enjoyment 🥲
@Darkmec003 my logic is definitely different at times. The level nerf and lack of full skills at least let me use the chars full potential without completely obliterating the content. Right now im under a 20 level nerf compared to heron which is honestly the same damage increase being lv90 for some units like Calcharo who only gets around a 30% dmg increase in total for all his LBs, changli may be another story tho.
Hey Selkey thanks for the support, great work on the rotation btw. It's probably the most difficult one i tried so far but its alot of fun, cant wait to see what else you cook up in the future.
For his second passive (damage reduction), it is probable for a future shielder character who can give interruption resistance so you can just keep attacking and tank all the hits and get your 3 death messengers out consistently. Currently, there is only yuanwu but his interruption resistance only resist small mobs attacks (basically the 1 cost echo mobs) and a few boss moves with small knockback/poise damage. I have not tried calcharo with yuanwu but it does seem like a good idea to build yuanwu for damage and use him to get rid of the boss’s toughness bar with his special attacks and outro to calcharo who gets to attack the boss while it is down on its knees and get 3 death messengers comfortably.
Yh i played my first days of calcharo with yuanwu n it was pretty good tbh Beginner friendly n comfortable But when i play changli with calcharo im 40% faster 😅 So yh sweat ur ass off n be fast as sonic or play comfortable with units like yuanwu, both works
But yh, i think ur right More ppl will like him If they can be successful with more comfort but Tier 0-1 is he only with top Tier gameplay n in high skill Teams, think thats fair
