I think the power adapter that comes with the Chromecast will struggle to provide enough power for both the cc and the usb hub and its devices. You may need a stronger power adapter.
Nope. Didn't work for me. Not sure how this worked for other people here, so perhaps the symptom is similar, but the solution is different. I'll keep looking around for another solution that works.
My tv is so different from yours I thought it wasn’t gonna work. But you should’ve seen my jaw DROP to the floor when I turned on the CEC setting and then the tv remote just started working with it??? Amazing video, thank you for this I’m so happy and relieved right now omg
Alright, I'm going to try this. I have the exact same TV as you do. If this actually works, you and I are going to be best friends. I'm not kidding. It's been a pain trying to figure out this Fire Stick WiFi issue. So, like I said, if this actually works, we might be grabbing a beer somewhere sometime, and I'm buying.
My remote stopped working all week out of nowhere and it had fresh brand new batteries in it. So I tried this with my mom's old fire stick remote and IT WORKS!!!! OMG thank you so much! 🙏🏽😊 You saved me today😂💕
That didn't work for me HOWEVER, going to the settings and selecting remotes and controls then doing that little pairing mode with the home key DID work. So between the two either can work
