Came across your video today but had already decided to cancel my appointment with Sun City this weekend. Came across so many videos about this company and they weren’t good. Your video was exceptional! It’s funny how I couldn’t find any complaints when I googled them. Thank you. I saw a video of an inspector who inspected one of these homes and that was one of my main reasons for cancelling. More should be done to educate people of this!
I was also shocked by the lack of formal industry/trade announcements and/or tributes, obits, memorials. You have to do a Google deep dive to even see that she passed. Disheartening that people she worked with didn't recognize her or even mention this on their social media. Zora was one of the first CDs receptive to me when I started out as a manager, and I'll always be grateful to her for that. Americans screwing over Americans happens every day and the easiest way to prevent it happening to you is to research the person you are entering into an agreement with. Although I find it incredibly nonsensical to enter into a contract with someone to build a home for you then Google the Company I'm not siding with the ineffective defective Company and saying you deserve the bad quality workmanship. They're too young to eat and need to be nursing on mom or bottled. Put the nest you made back where their original nest was- the momma should come back! Just keep an eye out and make sure she does- if you have a ring camera you could set out there and watch to see if she comes back that would be helpful! Momma rabbits usually leave their litters for the day and only return to the den to feed the babies once a day!
In the meantime I would also be reaching out to rescues and wildlife rehabilitators because if it's been a couple days since you brought them inside there's a possibility momma might not come back

Just because Angel agreed to sign AFTER the cuffs came out does not mean the officer is required to stop the arrest and let her sign. Even if he had stopped and handed her the ticket, she probably would have continued asking stupid questions.. Trust me, the police have experience with people like that. That is why he continued with the arrest, he knew what was likely coming next. Always moving the goal posts.

Pulte houses are okay, not the best..Pulte Mortgage is a different story..I don't know how my closing cost came to be 50k for a 380k house..their numbers dont add up..i also noticed the closing cost amount started coming closer to how much I actually have in the bank..that money I've also been saving for furniture..they are planning to wipe me out..going with a different company..and that 12k incentive they said that was going to closing cost for doing business with them is non existant..horrible experience

Yeah after I received the whole one hour bodycam footage from ATLPD it was a wrap, she manifested the entire situation, and then manufactured outrage by only showing the cell phone footage from the point of her arrest.

If the cop was white all you would be protesting, and/or if she was a criminal, all of you guys would have been defending her no matter what she did, also fyi Atlanta cannot arrest people for not signing. Most people would of signed then take it to court if they felt that the citation wasn’t fair but no Angel had an agenda to make the officers look bad by just showing the arrest and not the whole thing and how it all started. This needs to stop
She caused her own problems. So, what was Officer Brooks supposed to do, let her have her way? Police do have some authority. In court was the proper place to state her case after she refused to sign the ticket. She never did put her right arm behind her back. It took two offers to get it. Why do people start praying to God after they mess up? The Holy Spirit was telling her to sign that citation, but she was so unnecessarily combative she didn't get it. Don't put yourself in jeopardy like that from jump, please.
