Which market did you go? Is it petty shop you are referring or what??? The driver values his life more than losing his life getting hurt. The young ones not greeting is a result of influx of cultures in the country. The adults who really went through Ghana training greet. We don't seem enthusiastic because we are thoughtful in everything we do, that is why we don't envy, and kill for money.
Well concerning children not greeting, when we were kids we were thought to greet and even help our elders. But these days for security reasons Children are advised to avoid strangers. However if a child meets a familiar adult he or she will greet. So please we're still training our children the way they should go but for security reasons...... As for greetings in Ghanaian culture, I would say its a lecture on its own because it goes beyond what other people think.
My dear your ascent is also a problem. She didn't understand br)sh it's brash (Brush). You have to work and not be so aggressive about making money. Ghanaians don't even drive well compared to advanced countries. Nigerians should take time in caring for each other. You cannot drive at top speed in any Good in this world. Respect traffic rules and the pedestrian. A fast live may not be a happy life.
Before a Ghanaian will tell you sorry we don’t have the item you want without trying is when the spot you and the realize that you are rude . Let’s say you have frowned they tend to not sell to you hence use the statement “we don’t have “
Honestly, with regards to the hustling spirit, Accra is not the most hustle minded city. The best place to find hustling Ghanaians are in Kumasi or in the Kwahu part of the country. Also Ghanaian love Church and Mosque so if you don't see them opening the shop before 9am, it's probably because of prayer. With regards to kids greeting elders, kids in Accra have become more westernized so perhaps you would get a better perspective of greeting kids in other parts of Ghana. I went to Ghana from UK for sometime in 2019 and my wallet got stolen from me. So it depends on the part of Ghana. Circle in Accra is known for pickpocketing. In some parts of Accra for example Kaneshie, there is an annual cat eating festival where cats in the local area are killed for food, so again it depends on the part of the country you are referring to.

Am a Ghanaian and is the rubbish mindset and attitude to work, too slow and ignorant and am in uk ,when ever I got home I just hail insults on them,bcos u can't be successful with this damn attitude in Europe men,
