I just wanna say , stop making drama like winter & karina shippers, michaeng just friends that moments were because of your imagination when you watch twice's fanservice, I saw a comment on other video ,a michaeng shiper said that mina is sad now because she has a real feeling toward chaeng...etc , so stop determining their sexuality
As the name suggests, it is Michaeng's fan service. They make us think this way by doing fan service. We did nothing. They were the ones who gave it to us. Just like in the case of Winter & Karina. Also, you can't expect us to understand that they are doing fan service at first because we are not fortune tellers who see what kind of fiction and shows idols and companies put on. As fans, we have the right to criticize and dream. Actually, it can't exactly be called a dream. Because at some moments they really looked like lovers. Normally, even my grandmother thought so.

I very rarely comment on any channels that I watch coz I don't want to be misinterpreted and get a backlash but here I am out of sadness about this news here I am.... First of all I have been really weary believing or entertain in my mind about these so called "ships" but overtime watching them together and how they respond to their touches made me believe it a little bit. I have had some doubts that it is real and that it is nothing else but just a fan service coz: 1) I can't really pick up any vibes from Chaeng that she is gay, maybe bi, but even that I was doubtful. I don't mean to make any categorizations/labelling but the way she carries herself pings to me that she is straight. Though there were brief moments where her mannerisms shows a little bit boyish? 2) Pretty much the same with Mina - she is very feminine and if she is in a same s_x relationship, I had doubts. This may sound lame or stupid to some but her nails are always long. I never saw them short! Again, I don't mean to categorize the way people dress up, etc. and most of all I don't mean to be rude/crash but being realistic at their age it is not impossible that they are expressing their affections/feelings for each other physically. 3) There are times that I am a bit disappointed coz Chaeng sometimes seems to push away or ignore Mina particularly when Mina tries to get closer to her. Though again Chaeng has said before about this 'Push & Pull" thing... it is a bit heartbreaking for me to see Mina trying to get close only to be ignored by Chaeng. 4) When the editor of their videos (even behind the scenes) included their 'personal interactions'; the way they interact towards each other on stage (fan signing/concert encores - particularly when they hug when they see some fans sign probably asking for it, etc) and most of all when they had that 'Twice Date" last year - on that video they seem to send a message that they aren't real all the more when Mina kissed Chaeng re-enacting the Ghost movie scene - she had to look at the manager/director - it seems she was directed to do it or was she waiting for a go signal/approval to do it? These made me think that they were just doing it for 'fan service'. On the other side of the coin, so to speak, the thing that made me believe/think that at least they COULD BE REAL was the way they respond to each other's touches. For me, I don't think that is the way you would normally respond to someone's touch (at least the way they touch each other) like when Chaeng grabs Mina's waist to get her attention, the way she quickly responds to Mina's touch or when Mina nudges her to do something (sit close/next to her); either of them sometimes rests their hands/arms to the other's lap, and sometimes it seems Chaeng tries to "mark Mina' when she sees someone else trying to get her/Mina's attention - she would quickly rest her arms wrapping it around Mina's shoulders - it's like showing 'she's mine' - at least for me that is a 'gf' kind of behavior. No matter how close you are to a work colleague that is not how you get a person's attention even if you regard each other as a very close/sister like friend coz that could give the wrong message?? Again, all these could be just for 'fan service' - to make it look more real!?? Coz they are very aware that fans are watching them, loves them being together and that cameras are always on them. And it results to more 'sales' for the agency. There is nothing wrong with fan service but sometimes it could hurt people particularly the 'young ones' who are struggling to come out to their families/friends, or trying to accept what they are feeling or those who clings to these moments wherein they could see their idols as inspiration to be confident of their feelings or for inspiration. I know that we all take/interpret these any way we like 'at our own risk' so to speak but sometimes we couldn't help it because it makes us feel happy, entertained even hopeful for ourselves that maybe someday we'd be lucky enough to find/meet someone whom we could share this kind of love. I just hope that all Michaeng shippers are strong enough to accept this and maybe move on and not be severely affected by this news. Sometimes I wish they would stop doing this 'fan service' because they don't really have to straight or gay fans would support and love them because they are all talented, their talents alone would be enough to garner support from fans! Twice girls are very entertaining - I love their respective personalities and because of that I became one of their fans loving their songs! I am a MooMoo actually! But here I am loving Twice as well! But who knows, this could be just ' bearding' - I don't know if there are still those who resorts to it, coz when you have brand sponsorship some companies (at least before that I know of) aren't comfortable or afraid to lose potential customers/buyers of their product/s if their celebrity ambassador comes out gay. Though personally, this never made sense to me because there is the 'pink dollars' a term used to refer to gay community's support/sales. I couldn't help but notice that at least 3 Kpop couples that had been revealed only for it to 'end' the following year or so?? like Momo with was it Heechul - correct me if am wrong but wasn't that the case also with Jihyo's relationship with Daniel Kang - are they still together or re-connected/reconciled? and just recently - Jisoo with that certain actor I think and Karina with an actor as well. Although I am not sure which are true from all those news that I've read??? But still I couldn't help but be a bit confused that soon as it was 'revealed/confirmed' at least the following year/after a few months some news would come out that they have ended their relationship??? Is that how fast/quick young people move on these days??? At their age - even if they were together - there is still a big chance that they will split up. They are both still very young and maybe it is better that they both experience/venture on the 'other side of the fence' - then maybe they will truly know which would make them feel really happy & fulfilled (more or less! ha ha ha!) although there are no guarantees in life - anything can happen/change at any time. I just hope that they will be able to enjoy to the fullest this successful careers of theirs because they are one of those few who have been blessed to have a successful career that they love. I wish Mina & Chaeng all the very best - may they also find true love and happiness! God bless and keep them safe & their respective families always! You are so correct in your suspicions that when I think about it now, it really happened, but I couldn't see the doubts because I believed in them too much. You made the analysis very clearly. Admirable. When Mina showed affection towards Chaeyoung, Chaeyoung seemed to struggle. I saw it, but I believed it because I had delusions. The Kpop industry is trying to increase sales and views through lqbt+ under the name of fan service. When the relationship is exposed, it does not produce good results. As you said, like Karina and Lee JaeWook. Lots of hate comments, people leaving the fandom, people protesting, etc. Btw i never judge person Chaeng is in love with him, but when we consider that there is a 10 year age gap between them, Chaeng was 8 years old and Zion was 18... Ah, that's a bit... Anyway, I hope that man doesn't upset our Chaeng in the future. I have been following Michaeng for many years and so got me hooked. I have seen their relationship over the years.
