Girlfriend, I love you and I know that you are brilliant. I follow you. I think you are so good at what you do and you explain things absolutely amazingly and so well that even a Numpty like myself can understand….. but……. This is one of the biggest misconceptions with WELLA colour charm T series. They are 100% permanent color. They are not a toner & it doesn’t matter if you use 10 or 20 or 30 volume they are 100% a colour, a permanent colour. Look inside the box. It says it there or go on their website. It says it there as well. I followed Hair Buddha for quite some time because he’s hilarious now that he’s not giving lessons on how to do things other than over direct if you’re cutting your own hair or something like that people send him all sorts of hilarious mess ups and they laugh at themselves, which is part of life. You have to learn to laugh at yourself , so I enjoy him as well. That being said he got tired of everyone continually telling him that WELLA T series is a toner. It got to the point that he phoned WELLA and on more than one occasion in order to get an answer from them, he kept asking are these toners or are these permanent or Demi permanent colors? He did a video on it so if you go to Hair Buddha, you can look it up & watch it for yourself as you’ll probably understand a lot more of the language than I did when it comes to hair and chemistry. The basic answer is yes from WELLA. They ARE indeed hair coloring, permanent hair coloring, regardless of the volume. You more than anybody, knows, the volume is just going to predicate how much lift and deposit there is. Other than that, 100% colour charm T series is a permanent hair colour not a toner. Sorry LADIES I hope I didn’t burst the bubble for everyone, but it’s not from my mouth. It’s from Hair Buddha, and Wella! The sad part is that there are so many people that go to Sally’s and these young girls that have no training are sending them straight to WELLA and T 18 T 14 T12 and telling them they’re going to have platinum blonde hair, which is a level 12 almost lol, when they came in with level two. THAT is a NO NO NO waiting to happen. So, check directly with WELLA and WHY no one is challenging them and their labelling is beyond me.🤷🏼♀️It IS your hair so you do wht you want and if it works for YOU then awesome but do NOT expect it to work as great for someone else as it did on you or vice versa! Just saying. #BUSTING THE MYTH

Yes !!!!!!thank you I just opened my hair and nail salon single owner and yes it is the hardest I always say the money comes but the hardest struggle is having people to work for you atleast for me I haven’t had luck finding people who truly love and have patience and reflect your self ! But yes I keep telling myself I won’t be going back to working for anyone so this is my struggle! Stay positive ! And just KEEP GOING!
