Great that you are supporting the needy customers and giving a good service...But there are ways to service pure ev batteries without cut opening the metal box, For which one need to understand the material and the characteristics of the material used around the battery pack.
Sir I own 2901 there is no issues in it still I have driven it around 3500km and the reason bajaj have changed the model no from 2901 to 2903 is the battery pack is changed having same range but the manufacturer of the battery is been changed,so they have some pattent issues and have ti change the model no.

Shipping half finished scooter. Missing maps and connectivity, poor quality switchgear and no charging stations. Price is very high Ather, hero, ola, TVs or Bajaj offer much better value with fully functional bikes, charging networks and a history. Simple may go like tork motors and owners will be stuck with half finished bike and no parts. Wait a few years until the company becomes stable before buying.
@@sriharsha245 it's the same. Ola has 11kw peak motor, 120kmhr speed and 2.66 sec to 40km. Ather is similar to Simple too. All these scooters are very closely matched, so buyer can choose what they want to spend, how much to spend on service and how much trouble they will have with local dealer
