I walked into the ER, said i was detoxing, doc said I blew an 08, he said " this is ridiculous, you can't be detoxing, you're still drunk. " got some Ativan, and a free ride to rehab. 🙃 I'm currently sober.
No it depends on the officer and how you act. In oregon for example you can get arrested for .01 They tried getting my buddy in wyoming, passengers are allowed to drink in the car there as long as the driver isnt. he was the dessignated driver he blew .00 an completly sober. But he was being a smart ass with the cop so the cop said he was under arrest for suspisoin of drunk driving. He was released after like 8 hours an the judge was more pissed with the cop especially considering he was never read his rights. Btw .08 is the legal limit meaning you are legally drunk at .08 of your acting dumb then they can always take you to the hospital for blood work or if you driving while on prescriptions when it says not to. But in oregon an im sure a few other states there motto is "buzzed driving is drunk driving" which is why they can arrest you for under .08 an weed is legal there so its more driving under the influence
People that own beamers get it towed to the dealer and have them deal with it. The original owner would've had it towed. The lesson here today kids is, If you don't have beamer, money, don't buy a beamer. 😂 You do kind of look like the beamer owner at the beginning of hot tub time machine though 😂 just joshing.
