I always design in 1200px, you should decrease the size of the images in klaviyo if your deliverability isn't the best. I'll definitely make a video on this.
They won't lower your open rate (if you import them correctly). Good catch - you're right. For everyone else, there is an error around 26:00. The flow filter should be "Placed order zero times since starting this flow". (People who didn't buy will keep receiving the emails. Buyers won't.) My bad for the mistake - thanks for noticing @vesnamilovanovic
