ThrottleHobby is a channel were it is split between Vehicles, Motorcycles, DIY, and Aftermarket fun, and trying other things like drone flying, machining, etc, and any other hobbies I have that tie into the channel or any new ones I might come across. Occasionally I go on trips that involve vehicles, but sometimes its just trips like snowboarding in the mountains to just have fun. So that's it, that's the channel, I might implement gaming on this channel at some point or ill make a different channel for that depending. So sit back relax and enjoy the show.
Did this fix your issues? I'm currently have no crank, no start and had EWS codes, but eventually got it started. Now back to the same thing. Replaced starter motor and relay, ignition switch, brand new key, brand new car battery, replaced EWS fuses, and even sent out EWS unit with no faults. The antenna ring will also be my last item of the ignition system I can think of and I am hoping that is the fix! Otherwise I feel like it is connection issues somewhere...
I am planning to do this the same with my e46, but not doing any splicing with the blinker, so which wire should red and black splice into? Brown wire like you mentioned?
Good video for DIY. I especially like the coolant bottle cutout to fit under the frame without having to jack up the Magna. Manual does list capacity as 3 liters or 3.3 quarts. I am trying to determine if you screw the dipstick in all the way or simply seat it to check the oil.
Hey! would the same result be acheived by splicing into the blinker wiring on the actual headlight? i want to do the wiring so that I don't have any problems when I want to replace headlights in the future.
Hey I’ve been struggling with installing my own following this video. My car came with halogens and I’m doing this to switch. But now my projector bulb and halos don’t light up? I’ve done everything in the video but no luck
I got my ’94 in 2014 with 19k miles from orriginal owner who probBly never rode it over 80 mph. I can tell you have a perfent tune on yours. I put Metzler Marathons on it right away. In The AZ heat And mountains, I was 85-100 mph all day long. With many, 120 mph pulls up to 134. And you just can't do that with a Harley V-twin without damaging the motor. I smoked every Stage 2 or 3 harley I ever met. This motor never, ever got hot. I ran a partial synthetic racing oil in her. It helped keep compression up and she never burnt , or leaked a drop of oil. I had Cobra slash cut slip-ons, it sounded great. Loud, but not too loud. With the Metzlers, the cornering ability ecxeeded the bikes limits. Have a great time on your Bobber. I tricked-out my Magna too. I modded a 5.56mil ammo can on the right hand and a Harley swingarm bag on the left. Made brackets to mount highway pegs to the motor mounts, so they looked OEM.
Those who know, know! This bike is the Harley killer! It will cruise at 90 mph ALL Day Long. And easily hit 130.This guy doesn't even know how to ride it! He rides like a pussy.
I love how everyone ignores the plugs closest to the firewall on the drivers side, lol... That can be a bitch to get at considering what's right on top of it.
sorry I read that to fast but yes I have seen people do like half of them and then drive away. You just need the right extensions and placement to do it. Its possible I mean the factory got them in so you should be able to get them out.
The physical size of the battery has very little to do with the capacity of the battery. There are smaller batteries that offer more CCA than the one you picked. The rubber isolator is to isolate the battery from excessive vibrations. Better to compare physical size and CCA BEFORE buying and installing the new battery.
