Thank you. Almost had this beat legitimately 3 times till they decided to just ignore my jump dash from his grab, each time it happened I had only one left to go at about 20% hrs lath and the darn thing went unkillable mode

Keep in mind you have to have those perks for it to work. Didn't work without them. Thank you! Did it!
For people wondering how to get unlimited ammo! You need to have the "Quickdraw" skill from the Blaster Stance Skill Tree AND you need to hold LB and hold Y to do the unlimited ammo attack. So total things you need 1) Flux Perk + Recuperation + Steadfast + Shatter + Marksmanship 2) Equip all the perks 3) Quickdraw Skill 4) Fire, then walk backward all the way 5) HOLD LB + Press/Hold Y 6) Repeat Step 5 until they die
Still works on jedi grandmaster idk how he shots so fast but use quick draw and perks the give you force back don't waste ammo or you cant keep shooting it took me 8:59 to beat them both
They put all of those Jedi training center puzzles with lessons about "taking another perspective" and "using patience," so I don't consider this cheating. I'm just following the game's own advice. ;)
Thanks for the exposing this cheese!! Something that should be clear though is the reason why you’re able to use Deadshot without delays. It’s because you’re not on grandmaster difficulty. Thankfully, this game doesn’t have any necessary reasons to play on grandmaster difficulty so yeah lol.
The top ability of the blaster stance tree lets you use a shot with only force power. If you have the perk that regenerates force, you basically have infinite ammo as long as you are patient. If you accidentally use up all of your ammo, use the force "crush" or whatever it is called to press them down, which restores ammo.
STILL WORKS! Just tried it this morning and man, my soul is resting. The only thing is you need to equip the Flux perk so the Force Meter regenerates automatically over time, otherwise it won't work. Overall took me less than 5 minutes between recharges to finish with both Rancors but this is definitely way better than all the time I invested in that annoying body crunching animation.
I know every comment is like this but man thank you so much fr. And I couldn’t even get it to work properly but just equip the perks the description and wait for the force to come back on its own and it’s the same it just takes longer but I’m typing this right after I killed the first and I’m about to kill the second so I don’t have an accurate time but probably ten minutes
Thank you kind sir! You deserve a nobel peace prize for this! The fight wouldn't be nearly as annoying if it wasn't for the insta kills. When the rancor picks you up you should have a chance to fight it, like in Jedi Academy. Thank goodness for cheese!
I super HATE that tear and whoever the idiot was that thought this kind of tear and not being able to use mind trick on those rancors was a good idea has my permission to die
Are you able to just keep firing because of a bug? I mean cause it seemed like you ran out of force but could still pull off QuickDraw (which uses force of course), and also they also must be bugged out to not attack you. Anyway, I attempted this fight for around 7 hours straight yesterday, finally beat it, but I wish I saw this sooner.
I've not mastered the crossguard but I am great with it that I did the spawn of oggdo force tear, the Rancor's force tear and then the hardest is the OP versions of the mogu's, gorroco's, and bilemaw's force tear with crossguard
I did it yesterday on xbox, but my ammo count went down at some point, so I could not shoot anymore (Maybe that depends on the difficulty setting?). I found out that by using force slam (maxed out version) on the rancors, the ammo refilled (very slowly). So I used Quick Draw until it was depleted, then force slammed them, rinse and repeat (and wait for the force meter to fill up in between). It took me around 14 minutes like this, but at least I'm over with that fight.
Yes, that's what happens when you have the proper perks selected. Force regen and lowered cost or something. Mimic his perk selection, I did, and it worked almost exactly as he displayed. But as I posted elsewhere, once you complete this tear, it displays as an error. So watch out, as I'm uncertain what that means.
